Quinn exploded upon learning that Wyatt had proposed to Sally. Danny divulged to Vinny that Ridge and Shauna had slept in the same room together, and Vinny messaged Thomas about it. Thomas sneaked into Brooke's house and bullied Douglas for snitching. Thomas remained remorseful about the baby secret in front of Ridge, but in private, Thomas castigated and threatened Brooke for not letting him back into the family and company.

Lucas asked Kayla to check if Kate's heart was a match for a transplant to Julie. Jordan told Ben that she did not believe he was capable of change, and she forbade him from interacting with David. Kristen made Xander promise to help her steal Sarah's baby, but Rolf canceled the procedure because Kristen was already pregnant with Brady's child. Marlena refused to help Ben send Jordan back to Bayview. Rolf injected Kate's I.V. with a serum. Julie's heart grew weaker, and Lucas agreed to donate Kate's heart. While Kate was on the way to the operating room, she woke up from her coma. Jack saved Jennifer from Henry Shah, and Jack remembered their life together. Sarah decided to keep her baby when she learned that the doctor had not performed the abortion. Vivian urged Stefan to dump Gabi for Eve. Kate remembered that Vivian had shot her.

Dev hid out on the Haunted Star until he could disappear into Canada, but danger soon followed. Dev called Sam for help. Posing as a police officer, Shiloh flagged Bobbie's car down then abducted Wiley when he noticed the toddler in the backseat. Shiloh slipped onto the Haunted Star then took Dev and Sam hostage. Shiloh called Peter to demand that he provide Shiloh with a large sum of cash to disappear. Sam persuaded Shiloh to release Dev and Wiley, but Shiloh had other plans for Sam. Jason arrived in the nick of time to save Sam from Shiloh's diabolical intentions. Sam shot and killed Shiloh. Despite Spinelli's misgivings about Peter, he agreed to send Georgie for a visit with Maxie and James. Maxie asked Peter to move in with her and James. Maxie found a receipt for a substantial bank withdrawal, which Peter managed to explain away. Lulu had an awkward encounter with Dustin. Olivia was furious when she discovered that Lulu had moved on. Laura was stunned when Hayden inadvertently revealed that Curtis had been hired to find the codicil to Mikkos' will. Julian ended things with Kim when he realized that Kim and Franco had slept together. Julian canceled the sale of Charlie's Pub. Aiden paid Franco a visit. Franco warned Elizabeth that she was making a mistake, sending him to Shadybrook. Kim made calls to find Franco a lawyer. Carly went into labor.

Adam threatened to have Fen sent to jail unless Michael took legal action against Victoria. Victoria was arrested. Chelsea was angry when, against her wishes, Adam told Connor about Victor's death. Nikki told a very much alive Victor that their plan had gone horribly wrong. Adam was tortured by the thought that he'd killed his own father. Sharon pleaded with Adam to help Victoria, offering herself in return. Adam ordered Sharon out of his life when she couldn't say she loved him. Adam decided to leave town, devastating Connor with the news. Paul's men caught the pharmacist attempting to leave the country, and she told a very different story about Victor's pills. Adam learned that Victor was alive. Jack apologized to Dina for not accepting her for who she was, and they shared a close moment when she said she loved him. Jack decided to write the Abbott family's story with Traci's help. Devon threw Elena a birthday party, but the celebration quickly went south when Amanda made an appearance, stunning everyone with her resemblance to Hilary. Theo appealed to Lola to help him repair his friendship with Kyle. Lola softened when Theo passed out at the sight of blood after she accidentally cut her finger. Kyle and Summer had a heartfelt conversation about Victor. Summer was offended when Theo booked a hotel room to take her mind off her grief, but they drew closer when she realized that he was trying to help but didn't know how.
