Reese's craps dealer from Las Vegas posed as a mother desperate for someone to adopt her baby. Reese presented the opportunity to Taylor, but she insisted that Steffy needed more time to prepare for the undertaking. Reese didn't have time because his debtors claimed to be closing in on Zoe. Will invited Bill to dinner. Donna watched Katie and Bill bond with their son and noticed that Thorne seemed displaced by Bill's increased presence in Will's life. Sally thought giving Hope a puppy might distract Hope from her pain, but Hope went off on Sally for insinuating that a puppy could replace Hope's dead daughter.

Liesl warned Nina to keep her eyes open because Valentin was not to be trusted. Sam was uneasy when Kristina shared a painful memory about Kiefer during a Day of Dawn session with Daisy. Oscar was heartbroken when he learned that he had less than a year to live, but he was determined to check off as much of his bucket list as possible. Anna regained her eyesight, but the virus that had caused it was tracked to a doctor who had once worked for the DVX. Mike turned violent during one of his memory lapses. "Kevin" asked Ava to leave Port Charles with him and start over somewhere else, but Ava refused to leave Avery behind. Ryan set his deadly sights on Sonny and Carly. Ryan changed plans when Lulu called asking him about a list of Ryan's victims that Laura had mentioned. Ryan stopped by Lulu's office.

Nikki fired a gun when she heard someone inside the ranch, but she was relieved to see it was Victor. Arturo declared his love to Abby but continued to feel guilty about almost kissing Mia. Rey and Mia affirmed their commitment to fight for their marriage. Ana was elated when Devon decided to release her version of Fen's song. Ana claimed that her songwriter friend wanted to sell the song outright rather than sign a contract. Devon asked Michael to look into the identity of the songwriter. Fen was moved by Michael and Lauren's enthusiasm for his success. Kerry presented Jack with a custom cologne that she'd made for him, named Jack of Hearts. After a romantic interlude with Jack, Kerry privately pulled a syringe from her purse. Cane was upset when Lily cut their visit short to teach a class to her fellow inmates. Phyllis blabbed to Victoria about Billy asking Phyllis to get back together right before he'd attempted to reunite with Victoria. Victoria and Cane commiserated over keeping their families together, and they ended up making out. Billy walked in on Cane and Victoria kissing. Billy arrived at the prison and asked to see Lily. Kyle started showing signs of frustration over Lola wanting to wait to have sex.
