Warnings from family and friends did not deter Paris and Carter from throwing an impromptu wedding at Il Giardino. Paris told her mother not to be there if she couldn't support Paris, but Paris asked Zende, Bill, and Hope to attend. Eric decided to tell Quinn that their marriage was over, but before he could, Quinn and Bridget caught Donna and Eric in bed together at the club, thanks to a waiter who let Quinn know that Eric had been spending all his time in a private bungalow, not on the closed Pickleball court. Eric gently ended his marriage and urged Quinn to stop Carter's wedding because Carter was the man she really loved. Unable to get her car keys from the valet, Quinn raced on a bike to Il Giardino, where she interrupted a wedding in progress. The irate Paris was stunned when Carter left her at the altar.

Theo and Chanel talked about their relationships. Sarah confronted Kristen. Abe adopted Lani. Lani called Paulina "Mom." After threats from Vivian at Statesville, Lani was slated for a Maryland prison. Eli decided to move to Maryland. Lani said goodbye to her family.

After another fainting spell, Willow went to the hospital to be checked out. A blood test revealed that Willow was pregnant. Sasha succumbed to temptation. Brando expressed misgivings about Dex to Sonny. Spencer devised a new plan to manipulate Esme into confessing. Esme set her sights on Rory to persuade him to help her gain access to Ryan, but Rory put Esme on notice. Nikolas agreed to use his connections to get Esme's internship reinstated. Ava changed her mind about the divorce. Trina's trial date was set. Curtis and Marshall teamed up to help Trina. T.J. surprised Epiphany with a special gift to help her study for the MCATs. Valentin and Anna made plans for another date, but Anna suspected Valentin was hiding something. Cody approached Spinelli about an investment. Liesl confessed that she wanted a proper proposal of marriage from Scott rather than one made on a whim as part of an apology. Chase learned that he was suspended without pay until a review board decided his fate. Brook Lynn talked to Sonny about Chase's situation.

Victor dissuaded investors from funding Victoria and Ashland's new venture. Nick worried that he'd failed Victoria's loyalty test by relaying information about her plans to Victor. Adam worried that Victor would cast him aside if Victoria decided to return to Newman Enterprises. Victoria convinced Ashland to use their own money to finance their new company, and he transferred his remaining $250 million into a corporate account. Victoria drained the bank account and walked out on Ashland after rubbing it in his face that she'd outsmarted him. Adam was livid when he discovered that he'd been bumped from using the Newman jet because Victor had approved sending it to fly Victoria home. Nick considered increasing his involvement at Newman. Tessa saw a doctor about her persistent sore throat and learned she might need to have surgery to remove nodules from her vocal cords. Devon berated Nate for publicly overpromising the number of podcasts Chancellor-Winters would be launching. Elena pitched an idea to host a medical podcast. Chelsea offered constructive criticism to Billy about his podcast being too dark. Chelsea was thrilled when Summer invited her to design for Marchetti. Chelsea lashed out when Chloe objected that Chelsea was taking on too much. Chloe told Chelsea their collaboration was no longer working. Adam supported Sally's plan to hire Chloe as Newman Media's COO. Phyllis attempted to express remorse to Jack, but he maintained that their relationship was over. Phyllis seethed when she found out Kyle and Summer had offered Diane a job at Marchetti.
