Anxiety struck Sally upon learning that her designs were unusable and that Ridge and Steffy might cancel the showdown. Flo received forgiveness from the Spencers and reunited with Wyatt. Wyatt decided to tell Sally, but Sally surprised him by appearing in lingerie. Brooke ordered Eric to get rid of Quinn and Shauna, leading to a smackdown between Quinn, Brooke, and Shauna.

Clyde begged Ben to escape with him, but Ben refused. Eli proposed to Gabi, and she accepted. Lani told J.J. about Gabi's control over Julie's pacemaker. Jack told Jennifer that he worried about losing her. Kristen told Abigail that she had met with Stefano, and he had left the country. Chad was suspicious of Kate's motives for keeping her DiMera stock. Abe was surprised to hear that Lani had become a nun and returned to Salem without telling him. Kayla informed Julie that the battery on her pacemaker was failing. J.J. was unable to deactivate the pacemaker app on Gabi's phone. Rafe grew more suspicious of "Hope." Gina and Stefano plotted to break up John and Marlena. Kayla confirmed that Mackenzie's chemo had failed and that she needed a bone marrow transplant. Will and Sonny signed the divorce papers. Ciara told Will that he had not killed Adrienne.

At Jordan's request, Marcus Taggart returned to Port Charles. Maxie was pleasantly surprised when Spinelli and Georgie stopped in for a visit and shared some news about their future. Nelle showed up at Shiloh's memorial service and announced that she was Shiloh's widow; Nelle had been granted parole for risking her life to thwart Ryan Chamberlain's escape. Willow was stunned when she discovered that Nelle was staying with Brad. Willow warned Chase and Michael that Wiley was not safe with Brad. Neither Dev nor Josslyn was able to forget about the kiss they had shared. Neil told Alexis that he'd had his medical license pulled because of his relationship with her. Anna was evasive with Robert when he questioned her about the investigation into the hit man who had tried to kill Andre at the hospital. Lulu was surprised when Brook Lynn recognized Dustin. Dustin explained that he and Brook Lynn had briefly dated back when he'd been a struggling songwriter and Brook Lynn had worked in a Manhattan bar. Ava urged Nikolas to sign the post-nuptial agreement because he would not get his divorce until Ava had what she wanted. Tracy warned Ned that ELQ was in jeopardy. Laura talked to Ned about her plans for the waterfront district and the piers.

Victoria worried when Billy informed her that he'd stopped seeing his therapist. Victoria found a bar receipt in Billy's pocket, and Billy fibbed that he'd met a client for drinks. Lily returned to town for a visit and announced that she was dating again. After a heart-to-heart with Lily, Billy confided to Amanda that he'd fibbed to Victoria, and Amanda urged him to tell the truth. Victoria walked out on Billy when she learned that he'd been talking to Amanda instead of her. Mariah struggled with missing Tessa. Sharon secretly underwent a biopsy. Sharon finally opened up to Rey about her health crisis. Faith discovered a note about Sharon's appointment at the breast cancer center and turned to Nick with her suspicions. Sharon learned she had stage II cancer, and her doctor recommended chemotherapy and surgery. Sharon told Nick she had cancer. With Rey and Nick's support, Sharon informed Mariah and Faith about her diagnosis, and Sharon's loved ones rallied around her. Chelsea and Adam convinced Connor to return to the Grand Phoenix for the first time since the hostage crisis, and Chance helped to assuage the boy's fears. Adam planned to resurrect Dark Horse. Phyllis pitched the idea of her assisting with Chance's security business. Abby became suspicious of Phyllis' intentions toward Chance. Chance accepted Nick's job offer to install security systems for New Hope. Kyle and Lola argued about Theo. Summer enlisted Mariah's help to talk sense into Kyle.
