Xander gathered proof that Thomas had been on the road Emma had taken that fateful night. Zoe dismissed the proof and refused to go to Liam and Hope with Xander. Xander decided to leave Los Angeles and Zoe rather than continue to bear the secret. Brooke and her sisters tried to reason with Hope about her engagement, and Brooke butted heads with Ridge over it. When Hope told Thomas that they had to wait until their wedding night for sex, Thomas set Douglas up to have a nightmare that spurred Hope to move up the wedding date.

Kristen confronted Xander about his refusal to murder Ted and Kate. Eve stole Claire's phone from evidence in order to cover her tracks. A judge sentenced Claire to Bayview for treatment. Maggie struggled with her sobriety and entered treatment. Jack convinced Eve to drop the charges against Ben. Ted confessed to Kate that he had partnered with Xander. Eric showed Marlena that Sarah had moved on from him. The hospital released Will to go home with Sonny. Stefan fired "Nicole" after she attacked him. Kristen revealed herself to Ted and Kate. Julie canceled the DiMera launch event after she found Gabi and Stefan having sex in her office. Gabi and Stefan agreed to be an official couple. J.J. and Haley moved into the loft. After Hope rescued Ted and Kate from the dungeon, they told her that Stefan had kidnapped them.

Hayden returned for Elizabeth and Franco's wedding reception. Finn and Hayden talked, but she didn't admit that she had lied about miscarrying Finn's baby. Jax hired Hayden as CFO of Crimson. Valentin and Nina suspected that Jax was connected to Cassandra Pierce. Someone shoved Liesl overboard, but she was rescued before she perished in the water. Harmony agreed to testify against Shiloh and to provide proof of his various crimes -- including the murder of her husband, Douglas Miller. Oscar bequeathed his shares of ELQ to Shiloh, but there were several roadblocks that prevented Shiloh from seizing control of the stock. Shiloh received the results of the DNA test on Wiley, but he was arrested before he could read them. Michael persuaded Lucas to rip up the DNA test results. Willow was released from jail. Kim drugged Drew then attempted to have sex with him, but Julian's timely arrival put an abrupt end to Kim's plan to conceive a child. Kim agreed to seek professional help right away. Ava met with a psychic named Sibley Gamble, who had promised to act as a conduit to Kiki. Nina recognized her mother's old friend, and she accused Sibley of being a charlatan. Maxie and Peter went to Ithaca to talk to Dante, but he refused to see them. Maxie entered Dante's room just as a shot rang out. Jason caught Dev trying to steal from Laura.

Nick invited Chelsea to stay with him while the police investigated Calvin's death. Summer objected to Nick and Chelsea's growing closeness. Chelsea rebuffed Adam's attempt to reconcile. Adam was livid when he learned that Chelsea and Nick had gone to tell Connor about Calvin's death. Victoria suspected that Phyllis was double-crossing Adam, but Adam refused to listen to Victoria's warning. Rey informed Nick that Adam had bailed Chance out after Chance had been arrested for assault. Nick suggested to Paul that Adam had reason to want Calvin dead. Adam presented Paul with evidence that implicated Chelsea in Calvin's death. Tests proved that Calvin had died of a heart attack. Victor was pleased to learn that the city had agreed to settle his lawsuit. Christine decided not to run for reelection. Jack became suspicious when he overheard Victor having a forgetful moment. The side effects of Victor's treatment became more apparent. Billy was unnerved when he discovered one of Delia's old dolls at the Chancellor mansion. Jack was disappointed when Mallory decided to leave town after her father's death. Rey vehemently objected when Celeste told him that his father wanted to walk Lola down the aisle. Mariah convinced Lola to shoot a cooking video. Celeste continued to make things difficult for Lola and Kyle. Theo and Summer interrupted Kyle and Lola's romantic evening together by leading a party to the Abbott mansion, but Kyle threw them out. Theo suggested that Summer become a social media influencer.
