Struggling to maintain a grip on reality, Thomas dismantled the Hope mannequin

Flo invited Quinn to live at the beach house. Quinn accepted but persisted in her efforts to get Eric to take her back. To Quinn's surprise, Shauna descended the mansion stairs in the middle of Quinn's appeal to Eric. A conversation with Thomas led Finn to tell Steffy that Thomas thought Hope wanted him. Although Thomas claimed there had been a misunderstanding, Thomas was still disconcerted about the mannequin. Struggling to maintain a grip on reality, Thomas dismantled the mannequin, and it laughed at him in response. Zende learned that his message to Zoe had gone unsent and that Zoe and Carter had spent the night together.

Lucas told Kate about Allie's rape. Clyde kidnapped Henry to give Orpheus leverage against Marlena. Orpheus forced Marlena to use her privileges to get Christian out of Bayview. Kate tricked Clyde into giving her the baby, and she shot and detained Clyde for the police. Rolf kidnapped Kayla to use as a surrogate for a Stefano fetal clone, but Steve rescued her before Rolf started the procedure. Christian saved Marlena and John from Orpheus, but he ran away rather than return to Bayview. Hope skipped Ciara's memorial, and she left a letter for Jennifer to inform her that she had left town to look for Ciara. Ben knocked out Eli and took Vincent from his cell. As Kristen prepared to go to prison, she said goodbye to Rachel.

Passion ignited between Nikolas and Ava when she accidentally pricked him with a knife. Ava showed Ryan paperwork that she had divorced Nikolas in exchange for Nelle's letter about Julian, but Ryan saw through the ruse. Ryan vowed that Ava would pay for her deception. Liz confessed the truth about the blackmail scheme to Nikolas. Epiphany confided to Liz that she and Milo had drifted apart, and the relationship was over. Franco collapsed, and he was rushed to the hospital. Terry told Franco that he had a malignant brain tumor that appeared to be inoperable. Franco decided not to tell Liz about the tumor. Brook Lynn's attempt to sing karaoke ended in disaster. Michael and Willow each had reservations about going through with the annulment. Dante took a job working for Peter. Finn and Jackie discussed their past. Anna enlisted Kevin's help to confirm that Alex was Peter's birth mother. Alex knocked out her twin. Peter was shaken when he received an ominous phone call from Helena Cassadine. Spinelli and Sam were behind the call to Peter. Sasha's drug use became apparent to several, especially when she was seen in Cyrus' company. Cyrus made certain that Sasha had a fresh supply of drugs. Taggert resurfaced in Port Charles on Halloween.

Adam denied breaking into Victoria's home. Adam announced that he was severing his ties to the Newmans and changing his name back to Adam Wilson. Chelsea experienced headaches and collapsed, but a CT scan showed nothing wrong. Chelsea accepted Chloe's invitation to move into the Chancellor mansion. Lily and Billy admitted their mutual attraction but agreed to keep things professional. After a heartfelt conversation over dinner, Lily moved in seductively close to Billy on the hotel elevator. Gloria stashed a thumb drive at the Chancellor mansion before returning to L.A. Kyle arranged a romantic walk down memory lane for Summer, but she became incensed when he mentioned Lola's name. Summer returned Kyle's engagement ring. Billy rejected Phyllis' request to obtain information about Victoria's shell company. Phyllis refused to let Nick buy out Victoria's stake in the Grand Phoenix. Faith introduced Nick and Sharon to her older friend Jordan. Jordan coached Faith on how to manipulate her parents. Chance accepted Paul's job offer on the police force, subject to a probationary period. Abby started to have second thoughts about Chance becoming a cop. Amanda's investigator turned up evidence that Rose hadn't given birth, and she decided to meet with Rose's former neighbor Nadine. Theo was hurt when he realized he hadn't been included in the family distribution of the jewelry made from the Teardrop of Love. Nate confided to Nick that his hand injury was worse than he'd let on. Devon refused to forgive Elena.
