Bennett Won't Leave AMC

According to an AMC spokesperson, Jonathan Bennet (Adam Chandler, Jr.) will not be leaving the show.

This comes as Bennett has landed a role in a FOX pilot. According to Variety, Bennett will appear in Eastwick, a series based on the film The Witches of Eastwick. Right now the series has not been picked up for the fall season -- but it very well could be in the not-so-distant future.

It is unclear how this would affect Bennett's work on AMC. Presumably the actor would have to leave the show since the series would tape in California. However, Bennett could remain with AMC and make appearances on a recurring basis.

Bennett joined the cast of AMC in November 2001.
