Wyatt warned Quinn to keep her divorce amicable, but Quinn couldn't help sulking around Forrester, upset that Eric had chosen the likes of Donna over Quinn. Donna and Charlie tried to convince Quinn that it had been a win for all concerned, and Quinn finally admitted to Carter that she wasn't putting her best foot forward. Finn convinced Sheila to pick up his medication, but Sheila returned and caught him trying to get out of bed, moments after she'd left. After overhearing Sheila and Mike talking about Sheila's escape, Finn worked himself into a frenzy, trying to get out of bed and get to Steffy. He called Sheila crazy, and she injected an unknown substance into his I.V., causing him to black out. Deacon, who couldn't stop thinking about Taylor, made an appointment with the doctor, and it was just in time, because Taylor was the one who needed counseling.

Will told Chad that Lucas had injured himself in a drunken blackout. Allie and Johnny continued to bicker over Chanel. Nicole moved in with Rafe. Chad realized that Lucas could be Abigail's killer, so he confronted Lucas at his wedding. Lucas told Sami the truth, and she left him at the altar. Belle told E.J. that she could not be with Shawn because of the baby. Sami found E.J. in bed with Belle. E.J. asked Sami to start over, but she refused. Kate confessed to Roman, and he broke up with her. Belle broke off her relationship with E.J. Sami told Shawn about Belle and E.J. Roman warned E.J. not to retaliate against Kate for helping Lucas. Lucas pleaded not guilty to kidnapping. Sami told E.J. that she was done with him and Salem.

Nina announced that she had bought Carly's half of Metro Court with the intention of gifting it to Carly, but Carly rejected the peace offering because Carly blamed Nina for the change in Sonny and for allowing Scott, in court, to wrongly paint Michael as violent toward women. Olivia offered to buy Nina's shares of the hotel, but Nina decided to hold on to them so she could one day pass the shares down to Wiley. Sonny assured Nina that he was committed to her, but he questioned Nina's motives for keeping the hotel shares. Valentin thwarted Victor's efforts to kill Laura. Laura received a call that Lesley's lakeside home had burned down. Laura rushed to Italy to help her mother pick up the pieces. Curtis and Marshall tracked down the man who had sold Esme the burner phone, and they filled Ava in on what they had uncovered, while Oz made a beeline for Wyndemere. Oz demanded money from Esme in exchange for his silence. Spencer picked up the DNA test and put his plan into motion. Trina and Rory grew closer. Sasha objected when Brando insisted that she continue treatment at a rehab facility. Sasha promised Brando that her drug use had been an isolated incident, but Brando knew it wasn't true because Gladys had told him that Sasha had been taking "uppers" during Deception's IPO launch.

Nick accepted Victoria's offer to become COO of Newman Enterprises. Adam refused to oust Sally as CEO of Newman Media and walked away from the family company altogether. Adam told Victoria he planned to dump Sally, hoping it would lead his sister to keep Sally on board. Despite Lily's misgivings, Billy exposed Ashland's cancer fraud on his "Grinning Soul" podcast. Ashland asked Diane to let him spend time with Harrison, but she declined to avoid risking her relationship with Kyle. Phyllis and Nikki teamed up to get Diane out of town. After going through a box of mementos that stirred up memories of his life with Victoria, Ashland trashed his hotel room in a fit of rage. Diane turned down Michael's request that she lure Ashland into violating the restraining order against him, but she later notified Michael when she left Harrison with Ashland in the park. Allie bristled when both Phyllis and Diane tried to use her to fish for information about Jack. Noah agreed to take over New Hope from Nick but later admitted to Allie that it wasn't his passion. Noah decided to wait to leave New Hope until Nick was settled in at Newman. Noah and Allie went on their first official date. Chelsea announced that she was taking a break from designing. Billy proposed that he and Chelsea host a podcast together. Imani played on Nate's sympathies to spend time alone with him while Elena was out of town.
