Finn and Steffy hosted a beach day for their blended family with Hope and Liam and confided in them about their Sheila troubles. Finn thanked Paris for her support, and Paris fantasized about Finn kissing her and saying he needed her. Quinn and Carter refused Eric's offer. Quinn even seemed resentful of it; however, when Eric sent her to Carter, carrying an envelope with instructions, Quinn and Carter began kissing. Brooke and her sisters reached out to Eric, to no avail. Ridge and Brooke tried, too, and Eric shouted at them to stay out of his marriage. As Quinn made out with Carter, Eric had martinis alone, gazing at Quinn's portrait.

Jordan was diagnosed with renal failure, and she decided to seek treatment at a specialty clinic in Albany. Nina was stunned when Peter returned to the Tan-O with vengeance on his mind. Peter held Nina and Phyllis hostage, told Phyllis the truth about who "Mike" really was, and then set fire to the bar with his hostages trapped inside. "Mike" and Jax managed to rescue the ladies, but "Mike" was struck by a beam and trapped inside the inferno. Sonny had a visit from his father, who revealed that Sonny could die as "Mike" or live as Sonny. Sonny had a vision of Carly, and he chose to live. Nina reunited with "Mike," only to be confronted by Sonny. At All Saints Church, family and friends gathered for Jason and Carly's wedding. A car bomb detonated outside All Saints Church. Olivia bristled when Ned broached the subject of making an appointment for Leo to see a specialist to help improve Leo's communication skills. Maxie asked Spinelli to save a dance for her. Drew helped Chloe escape from where they were being held captive. Drew realized the guards were mercenaries, so he offered the head guard a large sum of money to help Drew get back home. Dante and Sam got a helping hand from Harmony.

After receiving some ominous text messages, Ashland confessed to Victoria that he'd left home as a teenager and changed his name to escape an abusive past. Ashland retold the story to Billy and the Newmans to get them to back off investigating him, but he refused to reveal his real name. Jack and Lily disapproved of Billy continuing to try to dig up dirt on Ashland. Ashland lied to Victoria when he continued to receive mysterious text messages. Nate agreed to be Ashland's best man. Mariah admitted to Tessa that she partially blamed Abby for the kidnapping. Mariah overheard Abby and Tessa discussing how Mariah needed help. Abby asked Devon and Mariah to be Dominic's godparents. After the baby's baptism, an emotional Mariah decided to move out of the Chancellor mansion because it was too difficult to be near the baby. Abby became increasingly frustrated by Chance's absence. Nick had doubts about his relationship with Phyllis. Chelsea's anger flared when Adam announced his intention to tell Connor about their separation. Adam turned to Sharon for help with talking to Connor. Connor blamed Sharon for breaking up his family then Connor ran off. Sally befriended Connor and notified Adam of the boy's whereabouts. Rey became irritated that Adam was still in Sharon's life. Faith was thrilled when Sofia agreed to let Moses stay in Genoa City. Amanda revealed that Naya had been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
