Wyatt made the final break with Sally and asked Flo to move in with him. Shauna decided that she needed to leave town to help protect the baby secret and Flo. Word of Emma's death spread, and Flo and Xander suspected Thomas of her murder. Thomas ordered Flo, Zoe, and Xander to never speak of Beth at the office. Thomas obtained some pills from a friend, and at the opportune moment, he slipped one into Liam's drink. Hope struggled with seeing Liam in a family with Steffy and the girls, and Hope and Thomas' relationship put Brooke and Ridge at odds with each other.

Eric married Sarah and Rex. Sami physically fought with "Nicole" and almost discovered her mask. Jennifer told Jack that Kayla had Rolf's diary. Xander gave Ted's necklace to Sarah as a wedding gift. Kate investigated "Nicole" and Xander's connection. Justin turned down the D.A. job and agreed to be Ben's lawyer. Will gave Rolf's diary to Jack in exchange for dropping all charges against J.J. Lani and Eli honored the anniversary of David's death. Stefan and Gabi had a date night. Eve ran interference with the police to protect Xander. Kristen knocked out Kate. Xander lied to Kristen about killing Ted and Kate, and instead, he stashed them in the tunnels. Kristen sent a text to Hope from Ted's phone. With political help, Haley returned to Salem and reunited with J.J. A jealous Claire held a knife to Tripp's throat. Ben told Marlena that Claire was the arsonist.

Michael found a woman named Carol Lockhart working at a diner in Beechers Corners, and she confirmed that Shiloh had asked her to falsely confess to giving Douglas Miller the drugs that had killed him. Jason was arrested, but Michael helped him escape from jail. Kim asked Drew to have a baby with her, but Drew gently explained that they could never replace Oscar. Kim refused to give up her quest because she was convinced that she could be reunited with Oscar if she had a baby with Drew. Kim mentioned to Shiloh that Julian's son had a custody issue going on. Willow was offered her job back at the elementary school. Willow and Diane refused to comply with the judge's order to hand over records relating to Willow's baby's adoption, so the judge locked them up until they cooperated. Fearing that they might lose Wiley, Brad implored Lucas to consider leaving town, but Lucas decided that it was time to fight Shiloh head-on. Bobbie was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Epiphany shared her own struggle with the disease to let Bobbie know that Bobbie was not alone. Sonny took steps for Dev to remain in Port Charles as Sonny's cousin Devin. Sonny and Carly went for an ultrasound for the baby, but things did not go as expected when Dr. Navarro revealed that the baby might have spina bifida. Sasha announced that she had decided to move to Port Charles. Curtis dissolved his partnership with Sam then took a job with Aurora Media.

Phyllis taunted Adam about his connection to Chance. Adam appointed Phyllis as CEO of Dark Horse. Jack and Billy worried about what Phyllis would do in her new position of power. Kevin negotiated Chloe's release in exchange for incriminating video footage of Nick masquerading as J.T. Adam attempted to use the video to force Nick to hand over Christian. Chelsea interrupted Nick and Adam as they were about to scuffle. Chloe resolved to stop going after Adam and devote her life to being Bella's mom. Chloe reunited with Kevin and Esther. Chloe revealed herself to Billy and requested his help with looking after Kevin. Victor decided to pursue experimental treatment, despite diminished mental capacity being a side effect. Victor revealed that he also knew about Adam's affiliation with Chance. Devon suffered another panic attack, and he confided to Elena that he still felt Hilary's presence. Ana and Nate encouraged Devon to move on, but Devon became emotional when packing mementos of Hilary. Abby hosted a bridal shower for Lola. Summer crashed the shower and was surprised when Lola invited her to stay. Abby unveiled her surprise guest -- Lola's mom, Celeste. Traci celebrated finishing her book with Cane, and they shared a kiss.
