Wyatt overheard Justin and Bill arguing about Bill using Wyatt to plant false information in Liam's mind about Steffy and Bill. To buy Wyatt's silence, Bill gave his son a vintage Ferrari. Katie urged Wyatt to remain silent because a cheater would always be a cheater. Ridge persisted until he got Liam to doubt the source of his information about Steffy and Bill. Steffy shut Bill down again when he asked her to be with him. Bill reminded Steffy that he just wanted to protect her and her mother, but he could be patient if he knew that Steffy knew what she had in him.

Victor offered Titan to Brady in exchange for breaking off Brady's engagement to Eve. Xander caught Theresa in Mateo's office, and he ratted her out. Xander asked for Theresa as part of his business deal, and Mateo agreed. Theresa agreed to help Xander with Victor. Steve asked Roman to take over his job at Black Patch. John asked Marlena to remarry him. Ciara covered for Claire at Bella and told Claire that she hoped they could be friends again. Claire left to see Theo. Hope told Rafe that there was a chance at reconciliation, and they threw out the annulment papers. Abigail told Gabi that she planned to plead guilty to Andre's murder. Gabi told Abigail that one of Abigail's alters had slept with Stefan. Hope questioned Kate's claim of self-defense. John found a robotic option for Steve to regain his sight. The 2018 Nurses Ball kicked off with performances from the nurses, Chase, Eddie Maine, and others. Robin and Emma arrived for a visit and to attend the gala. Drew turned to Andre for help retrieving his memories, but Andre warned Drew that it was too dangerous and that there were no guarantees. Carly was arrested when Nelle falsely accused Carly of deliberately pushing Nelle down the stairs. Ava retrieved the blanket that Nelle had taunted Carly with. Ava held onto the incriminating blanket to protect herself from Nelle's machinations. Jason warned Michael that Nelle had been gaslighting Carly. Jordan happily accepted Curtis' proposal of marriage. Valentin tried to whisk Nina and Charlotte out of town because he was desperate to keep his secrets buried, but Nina refused to leave until after the ball. Sam found Cesar Faison's lighter in Peter's office then shared her discovery with Jason. Jason and Sam deduced that Peter was Henrik. Alexis was hurt when she overheard Finn make a heartfelt declaration to Anna. Anna arranged to meet Henrik on Pier 55. Peter was stunned when Maxie went into labor while he was driving her home. Robert made a surprise appearance.

Jack reeled after a DNA test confirmed that he and Billy weren't half-siblings. Abby blasted Victor for doctoring the footage in Dina's film, and Victor accused Kyle of the same thing. Jack rejected his family's attempts to reach out and began drinking heavily. Abby and Arturo fought their attraction while searching for Jack at the Abbott cabin, where they'd just missed him. After wrecking his car, Jack returned to the deserted cabin and called his former dealer for pills. Instead of giving in to temptation, Jack turned to Neil for help, but he continued to struggle with his addiction. Nikki was jealous of Abby and Arturo's closeness, but Arturo assured Nikki that he wasn't interested in Abby. Nick and Phyllis heard over a police scanner app that J.T.'s cell phone signal had been detected. The police recovered J.T.'s phone from a homeless man. After Paul discovered J.T.'s text messages to Victoria on the phone, Victoria confessed that she'd seen J.T. on the night he'd disappeared and claimed that she'd given him money to flee. Paul suspected that Victoria was lying. Hilary and Devon grew closer as they envisioned a future with their baby. Billy reluctantly agreed to assume the CEO position at Jabot but intended to revoke the blood Abbott clause as soon as possible. Kyle blabbed to Victor that Billy had taken over at Jabot and that Ashley was helping him. Nick and Sharon realized that being friends with benefits wasn't enough, and they reunited.
