This is the first appearance of Missy in The Big Bang Theory. The episode revolves around Sheldon’s friends- Leonard, Howard, and Raj - drooling over Sheldon’s sister. At first, they were shocked that Missy was Sheldon’s twin sister, as she was so different from her brother, and they were captivated by her good looks.

Missy had to stay with Sheldon for a day, and so, taking advantage of the situation, they all tried to make moves on Missy to impress her. Howard tried with his inappropriate pickup lines and odd humor; Leonard was shy as he tried to have a casual talk with her; and lastly, Raj, who is usually shy and couldn’t talk in front of women, had a smooth conversation with her - but only because of the medications he took for his shy and anxious behavior.

Leonard, in order to get Howard and Raj out of the competition, makes Sheldon understand that he should be the one choosing a mate for his sister. But his plan backfired on him as Sheldon rejected all three of them for his sister. In the end, Missy made it really clear that she was not interested in any of them.

Season 11, Episode 24 - “The Bow Tie Asymmetry”

This is the episode where Sheldon and Amy get married. Missy had a cameo in this episode as she came to attend his brother’s wedding along with her mother. She was pregnant and separated from her partner, which made her mother very uneasy. Missy didn’t mind her mother’s remark as she was relaxed and happy with herself. The reunion of the family for Sheldon’s wedding was a wholesome moment.
