The film version of Tom Clancy's Without Remorse features two stars very familiar to daytime fans: Michael B. Jordan (ex-Reggie Montgomery, All My Children) and Cam Gigandet (ex-Daniel Romalotti, The Young and the Restless).

Paramount's upcoming Tom Clancy film Without Remorse will be a must-see for soap opera fans. The movie won't just be delivering blockbuster thrills; it's also delivering superstar talent from daytime alums Michael B. Jordan (ex-Reggie Montgomery, All My Children) and Cam Gigandet (ex-Daniel Romalotti, The Young and the Restless).

Directed by Stefano Sollima and adapted by Taylor Sheridan, Without Remorse is the origin story of John Clark (Jordan), a Navy SEAL-turned-CIA ops officer who seeks revenge after his girlfriend is killed by a Baltimore drug lord. At one point in the Clancy universe, Clark served as Jack Ryan's bodyguard. He eventually went on to lead the international Rainbow Six counter-terrorism unit.

In addition to Jordan and Gigandet, the film will also star Jamie Bell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Jacob Scipio, Jack Kesy, Todd Lasance, and Luke Mitchell (who got his start on the Australian soap operas Neighbours and Home and Away).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release date for Without Remorse has been pushed back to Friday, October 2. Its original release date was Friday, September 18.

Without Remorse is being produced by Paramount Pictures, who hope to turn the film into a franchise with Clancy's Rainbow Six as a sequel. Jordan has reportedly signed on to reprise his role as Clark in the sequel if and when it happens.
