Bill couldn't figure out why the wheels of justice moved so slowly, and he demanded Justin spring into action while Wyatt, not Justin, commanded the business. Liam asked Thomas to be there to support Hope, but Wyatt told Liam that Thomas was bound to take that to a level Liam didn't intend. Ridge wanted Brooke to have faith in Thomas, but at the same time, Ridge made sure Thomas understood that everyone, not just Thomas, comprised Hope's support system. Quinn and Carter implored Paris to keep their secret, but when Carter contemplated telling it himself, Quinn became so distraught that he hugged her. Eric walked in and asked what was going on.

It was revealed that Finn and Liz had stashed Peter's body in a freezer that was hidden in Helena Cassadine's abandoned laboratory under General Hospital. Chase and Willow were married. After an encounter with Cyrus, Finn realized that Cyrus might have altered Chase's paternity test. Finn developed a new serum using Gregory's DNA, but Chase flatlined before it could be administered. Jordan told Cyrus that she and Taggert had been given immunity in exchange for testifying to the crimes they had committed under Cyrus' orders. Cyrus was taken to a federal prison in the Midwest. Jordan offered to resign as police commissioner, but Laura refused to let Jordan quit. Anna turned to Valentin for help when she learned that a helicopter had been circling above the hospital around the time of Peter's disappearance. Maxie was desperate to see Louise, but Brook Lynn urged Maxie to keep her distance in case Peter remained close. Dr. Austin helped Dante search an area near the cabin where Maxie had been held that had not been shown on Dante's map of the area. Dante found Chloe's body. Brick warned Jason and Carly that they faced a serious threat from a rival crime family. Curtis opened up to Nina about his feelings for Portia. Stella was not pleased to learn that T.J. had been visiting Shawn. Stella returned to London, but not for long. Cameron decided to attend Port Charles University.

Ashland confided to Victoria that he'd been diagnosed with advanced small cell lung carcinoma and had six months to live. Ashland informed Tara and Kyle about his condition and announced that he'd excluded Tara from his will. Victoria implored Ashland to seek treatment and proposed a merger between their companies so his legacy could live on. Kyle appealed to Billy to reconsider publishing an article about Ashland's divorce. Sally flew to L.A. to request that Eric Forrester recommend Summer for the prestigious job with Marchetti in Italy. Sally solicited Tara's help to ensure Summer left town. Tara threatened to devastate Kyle by disappearing with Harrison unless Summer took the job in Italy and left town alone. Amanda quit as Sutton's defense attorney and hired Denise Tolliver to investigate how Richard had really died. Abby freaked out when the line went dead during a call with Chance. Devon presented Abby with Chance's favorite sweatshirt, which Chance had sent to Devon to give to her when she needed it the most. Mariah inadvertently revealed that she was carrying a boy, and Abby was overjoyed. Nina sensed that there was something Christine wasn't telling her about Chance. Elena saved Nate's life when he suffered an allergic reaction. Nate confessed that he didn't want Elena to accept the job in Baltimore. Rey became increasingly suspicious of Chelsea. Rey and Sharon left for their second honeymoon in Miami.
