Carter and Quinn woke up in each other's arms but swore it would never happen again. Zoe continued to believe in Quinn's ability to persuade Carter, even after Quinn admitted she'd handled things wrong with him. Eric overheard Quinn and Shauna talking about a night that could ruin the Forrester marriage, but Shauna lied that they'd been talking about the Vegas wedding night. As Eric confided in Shauna his belief that Quinn would betray him again, Quinn was back in Carter's arms. A memorial tribute video for Vinny sent Liam reeling. Chief Baker questioned Thomas again about the paternity test fallout, and Thomas urged Baker to find the real killer.

Ben advised Jake to figure out which woman he wanted to be with and go after her. Marlena told Sami about Belle's arrest and that John had been a witness. Jake blamed Gabi for his breakup. Gwen told Chad that Abigail had pushed her down the stairs and that the fall had caused a miscarriage. Abigail begged Chad and Jack to believe her over Gwen. Rafe asked Ava out on a date. Nicole told Rafe that she was jealous of Rafe's romance but not of Rafe himself. Chanel asked Lani for help. Belle guessed Jan had been behind Charlie's murder, and Shawn recovered video footage to support the idea. Claire stressed to Jan that Claire was not her friend. Ava encouraged Tripp to ask out Allie. Old friends Allie and Chanel reconnected, and Tripp saw the girls kiss. Susan accidentally revealed her identity to Brady. Kate escaped from a canvas bag and caused Kristen's car to run Brady's car off the road. Sami used her old Stan disguise to pose as Dr. Dunn, but Chloe appeared to realize that the doctor had been Sami.

Jax returned to Port Charles with Josslyn and Trina, while Nina remained in Nixon Falls, looking for apartments. "Mike" overheard one of the gunmen from the dance blackmail Elijah. Cyrus ordered his henchmen to kill Britt by making it look like an overdose. Jason saved Britt from certain death, but he was shot as the two fled the hospital with Brick's help. Cameron was briefly detained for the shooting until surveillance footage established that the shot that had hit Jason had been fired from behind Cameron. Britt saved Jason's life when she removed the bullet then used Carly's blood for a transfusion. Mac offered Dante a job, but Dante only agreed to help track down Jason. Carly foiled Cyrus' plans by sabotaging one of his shipments then attending the meeting of the Five Families to announce that she was the new head of the Corinthos criminal organization. Willow and Michael agreed to put their relationship on hold until Chase was better. Both Cameron and Liz learned the truth about Peter's role in Franco's murder. Portia questioned Curtis' decision to file for divorce, since he still wore his wedding ring, prompting Curtis to remove it. Maxie and Brook Lynn's plan hit a snag when they were unable to reach Britt. After learning the name of the nurse that Maxie had chosen to help her, Peter reached out to a contact.

Faith faced a lifetime of dialysis when the steroid treatment to help her kidneys didn't work. Nick tracked Adam down at the Montalvo farmhouse in Kansas and told him that he might be Faith's only hope for a kidney transplant. While Nick and Adam were trapped in the cellar during a tornado, Adam opened up about his regrets and agreed to be Faith's donor. Nick offered to help Adam escape arrest. The brothers worked together to free themselves, but the ceiling collapsed on them. An injured Nick sent Adam to the Newman jet to get to Faith, but Adam returned with assistance from the fire department instead. Billy promised Victoria he wouldn't publish the story about Nick searching for Adam. Victor threatened to take Connor from Chelsea if she didn't confess to poisoning Rey. Chelsea considered confessing, but Chloe implored her to take Connor and disappear instead. Sharon told Rey about Nick's plan to find Adam. Rey gave his word that he wouldn't arrest Adam until after the surgery. Faith had mixed feelings about accepting a kidney from Adam. Adam told Sharon that he'd consented to the transplant for her sake. Nate agreed to keep Adam's involvement in Faith's transplant a secret. Billy and Lily decided to get a place together to call their home. Amanda rejected Michael's offer of a plea deal for Sutton. Victor was suspicious about why Amanda had taken on Sutton's case. Kyle asked Mariah to be his best person.
