Dr. Phillips was surprised to see Liam at Hope's sonogram but decided not to discuss other patients with her patients. Kelly got a fever, and as Liam and Steffy tended to it, Steffy admitted that her feelings for Liam hadn't gone away. Hope doubled over in pain and feared that she was having a miscarriage. Bill arrived for a surprise visit with Will, but Will preferred to go on a playdate with a friend. Despite Bill's pleas, Katie served Bill with custody papers. Bill warned that Thorne would not replace him and that Katie would lose the war. Xander let Zoe kiss him again.

After Eric tackled Sami, she protested that she had not pulled the trigger and that the gun had fired on its own. Sami shot Marlena. Kristen escaped the wedding then kidnapped Eve in order to draw out Brady. Marlena's heart stopped, but she recovered enough to survive surgery. Belle accused Sami of intentionally shooting their mother. Rafe arrested Sami so that he could question her about the shooting. Hope interrogated Sami. Will recovered his memories and told Sonny that he wanted to be with Sonny. Sami knocked out Rafe so that she could join Paul in the search for Kristen. Kristen threatened to kill Eve if Brady did not make love to her. Eve escaped captivity and found Brady with Kristen. Sami found Kristen and begged for news about E.J. Kristen confirmed that E.J. was alive. Paul wrestled Kristen for her gun, and they fell out of a window.

Griffin confronted Ava about helping Nelle. An incident with Mike forced Sonny to reevaluate his ability to meet his father's increasing needs. Oscar got some romance advice from his uncle. Jason was horrified when Oscar suffered a seizure and collapsed. Nina was stunned when she learned that Madeline had died in Pentonville. Kristina decided to end things with Parker and move back to Port Charles. Lulu warned Felicia that the Invader intended to do a story about Ryan Chamberlain. Kevin paid his twin a visit at Ferncliff. Ryan managed to free himself from a straitjacket and attack Kevin.

Rey pumped Abby for information, and she revealed that J.T. hadn't been the one who'd hacked into Newman. Victoria became suspicious about why Rey had insinuated himself into everyone's lives. Nikki worried after she discovered that Victoria had been sleeping during the day and lying about seeing her therapist. Rey revealed to Sharon that he was a collector who was in town to investigate J.T.'s credit card debt. Sharon was alarmed when she learned that Rey carried a gun. After an encounter with Rey, Victoria suffered a panic attack and called Nate for help. Mariah stressed out over Tessa's lack of communication. Security called Sharon about an intruder on her grounds, but the culprit turned out to be Tessa. Tessa confided to Mariah that she owed some bad people a lot of money for helping Crystal start a new life in Canada. Phyllis told Billy about Summer's plot to seduce him. Billy and Phyllis moved into the Abbott mansion. Jack was distraught when he realized how rapidly Dina had been deteriorating. Jack resolved to resume his search for his biological father. Billy planned for a grand opening of the Jabotiques. Ashley objected to Kyle's idea that they lure Billy into gambling to oust him from Jabot. Kyle secretly enlisted Sinead's help to provoke Billy into betting big and going deep into debt. Cane gave Lily a romantic night to remember before her sentencing. Devon rejected the attempts of friends and family to get him to reconsider speaking against Lily at the hearing. Shauna and Charlie reunited.
