Bianca was called out of town to fill in for a speaker at a conference for violence against women. Bianca decided to take Gabby with her, but she didn't want Miranda to miss any more school. Bianca suggested that Miranda stay with Opal, but Miranda insisted on going to the Chandler mansion. Bianca had reservations about Miranda being around JR, but Miranda dug in her heels because AJ was her best friend. JR became concerned when he found steroids in AJ's bag. AJ denied using the steroids, but he resented JR talking to him about addiction. JR confided to Cara about his problems with AJ. Brooke warned Cara to be careful around JR because JR was a master manipulator. David was furious when Joe refused David's offer to make the hospital world famous with a cutting-edge stem cell treatment for the heart. David decided to hold a press conference at Jane's Addiction to tell the world about the medical breakthrough and the merger with Cortlandt Electronics. Zach and Lea figured out the password to a special site connected to the strip club. Zach was shaken when they discovered a porn video featuring a sobbing Cassandra. Uri decided to sell Cassandra so that she would disappear forever. Zach was forced to tell Jesse about the video of Cassandra, which had yielded an important clue. Zach, Jesse, and Lea encountered Billy Clyde at the warehouse where Cassandra had been kept, so Lea arrested Billy Clyde. Celia questioned why an experienced guy like Pete would be interested in her, but Pete assured her that his feelings for her were as strong as hers were for him.

Upon returning to work at Forrester, Steffy's first order of business was ensuring that Hope didn't think the miscarriage was her opportunity to reunite with Liam. Liam, however, questioned having another child with Steffy. Hope was still in Liam's heart, and he struggled with thoughts of leaving Steffy. As Taylor spread the news of Brooke's new man to Katie and Bill, Donna helped Brooke set up a romantic interlude for Brooke and Eric. Though Eric was drawn to Brooke, he refused to endure the heartbreak of raising another man's child. Rick professed his love for Maya. He wanted to spend the night with her; however, Bill's threat of prison caused Maya to break Rick's heart.

Kristen and John's bizarre plans of deception came to a surprising end. Marlena got hold of the photograph of Kristen paying off Sy to prove to Brady that Kristen had used him. Kristen desperately tried to convince Brady that she truly loved him and that her feelings were real. Brady, enraged at Kristen's months of deception, walked out on her and then called off the wedding. Kristen enjoyed telling Marlena that John had gone to her hotel room earlier that night to have sex with her. In a moment of despair, Brady was tempted to buy drugs from a dealer as a source of relief. Nicole arrived in time to comfort Brady and stayed with him through the night. Hope questioned Kristen at the police station and asked her about what she had been doing in the photograph with Sy. Gabi panicked when she thought that her baby was missing. Will met Arianna for the first time. Nick told Gabi the truth about his ordeal in prison. Stefano, E.J., and Chad rallied around Kristen after Brady called off the wedding. In a surprise turn of events, Kristen decided that she did not want things to end with Brady and went to see him. Marlena made John face the consequences of his actions.

The mystery man was revealed to be Franco. Franco claimed that he had used Jason's name to gather Jason's loved ones together so that Franco could apologize and give each person some peace of mind by clarifying a few things. Franco showed Sam the footage that proved that he had never raped her. Franco also played Michael the complete video of Franco's jailhouse visit with Carter to assure Michael that Franco had never hired Carter to rape Michael. A.J. was shocked when he realized that his son had been sent to prison for the death of Claudia Zacchara and had been brutally raped by Carter. A.J. blamed Sonny and Carly for Michael's prison sentence because Michael had paid the price for being associated with Sonny. A.J. figured out that Ava was Lauren's mother, so he told her that Franco was alive. Ava paid Franco a visit in jail. Lulu agreed to return to the loft with Dante, where she began to remember the events that had unfolded on the Haunted Star during her kidnapping. Lulu told Dante about her wedding to Stavros and her refusal to consummate the marriage, which had led to Stavros ordering a sniper to shoot Nikolas. Dante insisted that Lulu had done the right thing by refusing to sleep with Stavros. Dante was overjoyed when Lulu's memory returned. Luke was rushed to the hospital after he collapsed. Dr. Rashi revealed that preliminary tests indicated that Luke had liver damage. Tracy was certain that Luke's drinking caused Luke's health troubles. Ava told Kiki about Franco and his connection to the Quartermaines. Michael confided to Kiki about the rape. Morgan was lured back to online gambling.

Snoop Lion paid Bo and Nora a visit to invite them to be special guests at his movie screening. The Buchanans gathered for poker night, but things went awry when they began to bicker with each other. Destiny noticed Jeffrey's reaction when he received a letter from Winterhaven, so Jeffrey explained that the letter was from his mother's employer, who had paid for Jeffrey to go to college. Destiny didn't understand how Jeffrey could feel comfortable taking money from a non-family member, but Jeffrey sensed that Destiny was seeking advice about her own situation, so he urged her to accept help from Bo and Nora. Blair talked to T�a about Jack's surly and withdrawn attitude. Blair and T�a agreed that Todd throwing money at his children made matters worse. Natalie talked to her parents about the message that she had received from John. Natalie was determined not to let John ruin her life again, so she decided to spend some time at Shelter, where she shared a steamy kiss with Cutter. Blair, Cutter, and Rama were unaware of a growing drug problem in the nightclub. The crowd began to file out of the nightclub when the lights suddenly went out, so Todd suggested that Blair entertain the crowd with a song. Blair's song appeared to have an effect on both Blair and Todd. Todd discovered the wires in the nightclub's fuse box had been cut. Jeffrey spotted a Pellegrino file on Viki's desk but couldn't recall why the name seemed familiar.

Victoria quit her job at Newman Enterprises. Avery proposed that she and Leslie start their own law firm. Chloe considered selling Crimson Lights to Dylan. Kevin contemplated stealing again. Chloe was horrified when she discovered that Delia had swiped her friend's doll. Madame Miranda warned Chelsea not to ignore reality. Phyllis, Nick, and Sharon had a discussion with Summer about Cassie's death to help Summer see that actions had lasting consequences. Sharon wondered how different her life would have been if Nick hadn't been Summer's father. Adam unsuccessfully tried to bribe Chelsea's new doctor. Adam declined Sharon's offer of friendship. Adam confided to Jack that he still loved Chelsea. Dylan and Chelsea saw the baby on an ultrasound. Anita thought Chelsea was falling for Dylan. Lily stepped away from the fashion campaign so Tyler could continue working at Jabot. Devon pondered a job offer from Tucker, but he decided to stay in town and take Lily's place on the campaign. Cane pretended that he had to go to Chicago on business, but he secretly arranged a surprise birthday party for Lily instead. Lily joined Tyler for farewell drinks, and she showed up drunk with Tyler at her party. Lauren apologized to Traci for bullying her in their younger days. Lauren begged Phyllis to talk to Michael on her behalf. Carmine manipulated Fen into telling Michael and Lauren not to stay together for his sake. Michael intended to file for divorce, but Lauren asked him to give her 30 days to change his mind.
