Hallmark Channel is being made all the sweeter by soap opera alum Bethany Joy Lenz (ex-Michelle Bauer, Guiding Light), who has two fun projects coming up soon on the feel-good network.
The first is the Spring Fever Preview Special, which she will be co-hosting alongside Michael Rady. The special, scheduled to air on Saturday, March 21, will give viewers a sneak peek into the slate of upcoming spring films headed to Hallmark -- like You're Bacon Me Crazy, a rom-com starring Natalie Hall (ex-Colby Chandler, All My Children) and Rady that is scheduled to debut on Saturday, April 4.

Lenz's second project is also among the list of Spring Fever films: a romantic comedy titled Just My Type that will premiere on Saturday, March 28. According to the official description listed on Hallmark, the film follows Lenz as pop culture writer and aspiring novelist Vanessa Sills, who lands the interview of a lifetime with the illustrious, elusive, and reclusive mystery author Martin Clayborne (Brett Dalton) in his quaint rural town -- only to realize that her own aspirations, dreams, and romantic life have taken a back seat along the way. When Vanessa returns home to find a mysterious gift from Martin, she makes a surprise decision and finally takes her own advice to "go boldly in the direction of your dreams and live the life you imagine."

Lenz is known to daytime fans as GL's Michelle, a role she played from 1998 to 2000. After leaving the CBS soap opera, she went on to find primetime fame in shows like One Tree Hill, Colony, Dexter, Grey's Anatomy, and Suits.
