In October 2011, dating rumors about them started when they were spotted together outside an apartment in Boston, where Reynolds was shooting for his action film R.I.P.D.


On September 9, 2012, Lively and Reynolds got married in an intimate ceremony at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
