Crime-comedy icon, Guy Ritchie, will soon be back at the box office with a heist adventure film, Fountain of Youth. With Apple Studios at the helm of the production, the movie will feature an ensemble cast comprising John Krasinski, Natalie Portman, and Stanley Tucci.

The plot revolves around two siblings (now, not so close to each other) who get together and embark on an epic journey to find a historical artifact of immense value. What do we know about the plot of Fountain of Youth?

Fountain of Youth centers on two siblings, Luke Purdue (John Krasinski portrays), and Charlotte Purdue (played by Natalie Portman), whose estranged relationship finds new terms when a mythological quest brings them together. As seen in the trailer that premiered last week, Luke rings up his younger sister Charlotte asking about how she is, and her first response pretty much sums up their dynamics:

"You only call when you’re in trouble."

How exactly Luke lands this seemingly dangerous and almost impossible quest is still being kept under wraps but, he will eventually need help from his sister to find out the historical and mysterious 'Fountain of Youth'. Folklores turn out to be true and Luke now has key historical clues that will guide them to the provenance of immortality.

John Krasinski (known for his work in Jack Ryan) will lead the cast of Fountain of Youth alongside Academy Award-winning star Natalie Portman. The pair will portray the Purdue siblings, Luke and Charlotte, who have not been in touch for quite some time.

Krasinski and Portman are the two protagonists of this adventure mystery film and will be joined by Eiza Gonzalez portraying a woman named Esme. Hollywood icon, Stanley Tucci Jr., is also included in Fountain of Youth's cast and he will play a man going by the identity, 'The Elder'.
