Congratulations are in order for soap opera favorite Jen Landon (ex-Gwen Norbeck, As the World Turns; ex-Heather Stevens, The Young and the Restless; ex-Hillary Nelson, Days of our Lives), who has saddled up for a recurring role on FBI: Most Wanted.
Deadline reports that the California native has landed the role of Sarah Allen on the CBS primetime series that follows several fictional special agents of the FBI Fugitive Task, including Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix (Julian McMahon), an expert tracker and profiler; Kenny Crosby (Kellan Lutz), a former Army Intel vet that Jess took under his wing; Sheryll Barnes (Roxy Sternberg), an ex-NYPD detective; Hana Gibson (Keisha Castle-Hughes), the team analyst; and Clinton Skye (Nathanial Arcand), a marksman with a law degree and Jess' brother-in-law. Together, they are tasked with tracking and capturing dangerous fugitives on the Bureau's Most Wanted List.
Landon's Sarah is a riding instructor who begins working with Special Agent LaCroix's daughter, Tali (YaYa Gosselin).
Jen Landon is popular within the daytime community, having won three Daytime Emmy awards in the Outstanding Younger Actress category for her work as ATWT's Gwen -- a role she held from 2005 to 2010. Her other soap credits include a 2017 stint as DAYS' Hillary and a 2012 stint as Y&R's Heather. However, the actress is now a bona fide primetime star with credits like Helstrom, Yellowstone, Animal Kingdom, and Banshee on her résumé.
FBI: Most Wanted is currently in its second season. It airs Tuesdays at 10/9C on CBS.
