B&B's Rena Sofer puts her L.A. home on the market

The Bold and the Beautiful's Rena Sofer (Quinn Fuller) has listed her Los Angeles home for a cool $2.6 million.

Hot on the heels of the news that The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) is selling her Los Angeles home comes news that Rena Sofer (Quinn Fuller) has listed her house for sale, too.

The actress and her husband, director-producer Sanford Bookstaver, have listed the two-story Sherman Oaks home for $2.649 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. Built in 1957, the house has since gone through a glamorous update and boasts a swimming pool that overlooks the surrounding canyon, vaulted ceilings, expanses of glass, five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a sauna, fire pit, and contemporary landscaping.

Sofer has starred on B&B since 2013 and previously appeared on General Hospital, Melrose Place, 24, and Heroes. Bookstaver has credits that include Chicago P.D., Chicago Fire, and Graceland. He has also directed episodes of the primetime soap Power, which is headed by former soap opera writer Charles Pratt.

At this time, it's unclear if there's a career-related reason two major B&B stars are selling their homes at the exact same time or if it's just a funny coincidence.

What do you think about the home Sofer is selling? Do you find it odd that two major B&B stars are selling their homes at the exact same time, or do you believe it's just a crazy coincidence?
