I try different diets, but I still can't seem to control my weight. I am overweight, but I am not actively trying to lose any weight. I go back and forth. Sometimes I'm in control, sometimes I am not. I used to struggle, but I altered my lifestyle and have it under control. Like Van Zandt, I've undergone surgical methods to help my struggle.
