Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, The Young and the Restless began broadcasting special throwback episodes until it was safe for the cast and crew to return to work. As a treat to viewers, CBS aired special theme weeks devoted to iconic characters. This week featured some of The Young and the Restless' most legendary grudges. A complete list of episodes that aired during this week can be found here.

This episode originally aired June 30, 1998. In the episode, Jills search for the truth led to an epic confrontation with Katherine, and Michael caused trouble for Victor and Nikki.

When Jill heard Katherine's voice, she attempted to hide the documents. Katherine was shocked to see the mess Jill had made and asked what she'd been doing. Katherine berated Jill for disturbing Phillip's belongings. Jill claimed she'd only wanted a few mementos because Katherine hadn't allowed her to receive anything. Katherine took note of Jill covered in grime and asked her how long she'd been rummaging. Jill showed Katherine a tie clasp and asked if she could have it.

This episode originally aired October 1, 1993. In the episode, Victors foes were rocked by his shocking return to Genoa City.

At Newman Enterprises, Victor appeared to be deep in thought as he flashed back to confronting Jack about trying to take over the company. Victor had sworn that he wouldn't let Jack use Victor's involvement with Ashley as a way to usurp his position. Victor had growled that Jack was there because Victor had tolerated him for John and Ashley's sakes, but it had been a mistake for Jack to take Victor on. Victor had ordered Jack to take his things and get out, since Victor had never wanted to see him again. Victor had turned to leave, but he'd suddenly collapsed on the floor. As Victor had gasped for breath and weakly pleaded for help, Jack had slowly stood and walked out.

This episode originally aired June 15, 2012. Nikki declared war against Sharon at the Newman Ranch, and Phyllis and Nick (Morrow) dealt with a tragedy.

Nikki called Sharon a trashy wannabe and dumped a bottle of water over her head. Sharon dunked Nikki's head into a bucket of water. Nikki shook powder all over Sharon, who called her a jealous lush. They lunged for one another, and Victor and a police officer found the women struggling on the ground. Victor and the policeman pulled the women apart, and Nikki yelled for Victor to let her go, because she wasn't done with Sharon.

This episode originally aired June 21, 1999. In the episode, Victor took on Jack and Brad to regain control of Newman Enterprises, and Ashley was caught in the crossfire of the Newman and Abbott rivalry.

In Jack's office, Victor ranted about how Jack was a back-stabbing coward. Jack told him that it was a straight business deal. As Victor continued to call him names, Jack told Victor to get out of his office. Victor refused to leave until he had his say. He told Jack that he would step on him and grind him into dust.

As a treat to viewers, CBS aired special theme weeks devoted to iconic characters. This week featured memorable episodes revolving around Victor and Nikki Newman's love story.

This episode originally aired May 22, 2014. In the episode, Lily gave Hilary a rude awakening, and Sharon struggled with Mariah's presence in Genoa City.

Hilary screamed when she awakened to Lily throwing a pitcher of water on her in bed. Lily barked that they had something to settle, and Hilary told Lily to give it a rest, since Devon had already covered the name-calling angle. Hilary said that she had just been living her life, and Lily ranted that Hilary had torn Lily's family apart and had seduced her father when he had been vulnerable. Hilary asked if Lily thought that she could stop Neil and Hilary from having a relationship, and Lily vowed to do it by showing exactly who Hilary was. "Bring it on, girl," Hilary dared.
