Eileen Davidson will appear on The Young and the Restless in April. The Emmy-nominated actress is also reporting back to work on Days of our Lives.
Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott) has already committed to head back to work on Days of our Lives, but the Emmy-nominated actress has also found some time to squeeze in an appearance on The Young and the Restless.
"I'm looking forward to being a bad girl and then a good girl and then a bad girl again," Davidson told Soap Opera Digest.
Davidson will report to the Y&R set on March 20. Those scenes will air on April 16 and April 19. She will be joined on her first appearance by another Y&R fave, Beth Maitland (Traci Abbott). Sources say that the same event brings about Tracy and Ashley's returns.
As previously reported by Soap Central, Davidson will reprise the role of Days of our Lives' Kristen DiMera this summer. DAYS has a much different production schedule than Y&R, so even though the actress' Y&R scenes will be taped after her return to DAYS, her Y&R scenes will air first.
Because The Young and the Restless and Days of our Lives are both co-produced by Sony, the actress is permitted to work on both shows.
