Daredevil: Born Again is an upcoming Disney+ series based on Marvel Comic's beloved character Daredevil. On January 15, 2025, the most awaited first trailer dropped and provided a glimpse of Matt Murdock's continued struggle for justice. It also suggested a return of some key characters like the Punisher and Kigpin's political rise.

The Daredevil: Born Again trailer comes with several suggestions of easter eggs that connect the series to the Marvel Comic Lore or the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe. Read further to know the detailed breakdown of the easter eggs that appeared in the trailer.

1. Muse's Creepy Presence:

Muse is a dark and artistic serial killer who makes an appearance. He is expected to confront Daredevil and might be out for Mayor Wilson's blood. In the trailer, he is seen looking at some graffiti. His gruesome artwork and connections with daredevil and kingpin hints at his central role in the series.

2. Roger: The Musical Billboard and other ads:

One of the most prominent ones is the Times Square Captain America-themed billboard for Roger: The Musical. It was first introduced in Hawkeye and later spotted in Spiderman: Noway Home and She-Hulk.

Another was Pingo Doce Ad which connects the show to 2008's The Incredible Hulk and some films like Ant-Man and Deadpool Wolverine (2024).

3. White Tiger introduction

The first Hispanic Superhero in Marvel Comics Hector Ayala debuts as White Tiger, saying "People need a hero" in the trailer. The character is portrayed by Kamar de los Reyes and is an important addition to the ensemble.

Wilson Bethel reprises his role as Bullseye and is seen marching out of the prison by the team of guards in the trailer of Daredevil: Born Again. He can also be seen in an attack further. Bullseye's storyline might pick up from where it ended in Daredevil's season 3.

5. The Punisher:

The trailer of Daredevil: Born Again doesn't reveal much about the punisher however his return is confirmed. John Bernthal reprises his role as Frank Castle. The trailer hints at his brutal conflict with the Daredevil before he joins forces.

6. Wilson Fisk:

The trailer suggests Wilson aka Kingpin's rising political power as he becomes the mayor of New York City. He is a former crime lord who transitioned into politics. He is also seen clashing with the vigilante Daredevil as his criminal past resurfaces.

7. Matt Murdock's costume:

Matt the Marvel superhero, is a blind lawyer who has superhuman heightened senses. He chooses to fight for justice in the court and around.

A shot in the trailer displays multiple Daredevil costumes, including the gold and red suit seen in She-Hulk. His costume references connect with key comic designs from his original yellow suit to the iconic red costume.


In Daredevil: Born Again Wilson Fisk and Vanessa Fisk are also shown having a meal together and behind them, there is a white poster we see with blood splashed on it. It is a connection from Daredevil's season 3 finale.
