Technically yes, but if the truth comes out some other way that doesn't reveal Lucky's part in all this, he could avoid being charged. Of course, that all depends on whether or not Kristina can keep her big mouth shut, for once in her life!

I've often said that, along with Security Camera Installer, Locksmith, and Men's Barber, one of the chronic job openings in Port Charles is for a Guardrail Installer / Repairman.

If you're copying and pasting your posts from somewhere else, you might try this: Retype, or slightly change the first word in your post after you paste it, and add a few extra, blank spaces at the end. It seems to help, most of the time. I also usually paste just a short paragraph first, and hit post. Then, I go back and "edit" it, adding the rest of what I intended to say, although a few of my "edits" have been held in moderation, too. It shouldn't be this hard.

I'm glad that Ava, Lucky, AND Ric know (or at least, suspect) that Krazy Krissy was responsible for the "accident." The more people that know, the better the chances are that she'll be exposed as the dangerously deranged, would-be killer she truly is! I'm REALLY looking forward to Molly's reaction - which I expect will resemble the volcanic eruption of Krakatoa in 1883 - and to seeing the look on Alexis' face when she realizes that all her efforts to "protect" Krissy, her denials, her enabling, her tacit approval, and her willful blindness to her daughter's obviously deteriorating mental state, leading to her recent, and inevitable descent into psychosis, have only prevented her from getting the professional help she so desperately needs. Considering Sonny and Moron's history of profound mental illness, you'd think Alexis would've anticipated this, or at least, recognized the signs, but she ignored everything that didn't fit with her vision of her "perfect" girls. Well now, one's dead, and another one is headed for the looney bin, if not prison! How's that denial thing working out for you, Natasha? No "Mother of the Year" nomination for YOU! *** I kinda like seeing Liz as a cranky patient, and being forced to focus on HERSELF for a change, instead of taking care of everybody else. She's so frustrated and feeling helpless, I wouldn't be surprised if she started smoking again! I hope Lucky tells her about Kristina, but if he does, it'll probably take him longer than it should. Shouldn't this bring Cameron home, at least for a visit, just to make sure everybody's okay? *** I'll admit, I thought the girl in the coffee shop was just slipping Vaughn her phone number, but I also suspected that Vaughn and Droopy Dawg were testing Agent Barbie. That "graduation scene" could've been a LOT better! What would've REALLY sold the idea that Josslyn was "ready for the field," would've been if she had suddenly sprung into action, taken Vaughn down, grabbed the suspicious package of gum out of his pocket, and found the memory chip in it, herself! That would've made up for all the times he whipped her butt earlier, and put them on a more level playing field. I wonder just how cheesy her first assignment - at HOME, of course - is going to be. The good news is, it'll be pretty hard for her to blow her cover, if she's just being herself, but I probably shouldn't underestimate her. She might just manage to do it.

Sheesh! Loosey's super annoying fixation on the Nurses' Ball is CONTAGIOUS! Now she's got Deputy Mayor Jordan cornering busy citizens, and pestering them until they agree to perform, even though they have no idea WHAT they would do. I thought the entertainment was supposed to be voluntary! Is THIS any way to run an Amateur Talent Show for charity? *** I don't doubt that Drool has a self-serving agenda behind his efforts to help Kai continue his athletic career, but his motives are probably no more sinister than to use Kai's squeaky clean, All-American image to bolster his own tarnished reputation. If Kai makes a "miraculous" recovery, and goes on to play professional football, Drool will certainly bathe in his reflected glory, and try to "humbly" take as much credit for Kai's success an he can. Even if the experimental procedure fails, Drool will still come off as a kind and generous benefactor, who tried to help a very popular, and high profile young athlete, whose career was tragically cut short. Either way, Drool has nothing to lose, except money, and there's plenty more where THAT came from. I understand Curtis' skepticism, but Trina's reaction was baffling to me! She came across like the idea of Kai being able to play football again was completely repugnant to her. She didn't come right out and say it, but she sounded like his playing football was a deal breaker for her, and would mean the end of their relationship. I've seen this sort of thing before! She's going to make him have to choose between her and being an athlete! Let me tell you something, Trina! You ain't all that! You may want to keep Kai all to yourself, but that will never be enough for him, ESPECIALLY if he starts to resent you for NOT supporting him, by insisting he gives up the sport he loves. It turns out, Kai's teammate was RIGHT about her! She's BAD for him! The biggest mistake women make in relationships is trying to change the men they claim to love. Men aren't lumps of clay, to be molded into a woman's idea of a "better" version of himself. Both men AND women are mostly a "take it, or leave it" proposition.

Watching Sidwell deal with a room full of high strung women, Loosey, Maxie, BLQ, and Genatalia, reminded me of a lion tamer in the Ringling Bros Circus; outnumbered and out gunned, but in complete control! It looked like he was about to go to the whip with his ex-wife before Sonny showed up. Speaking of that, how can ANYBODY show up unexpectedly, uninvited, and unannounced on a private island that you need a shuttle launch to reach? You'd think that Sidwell's security goons would've given him a head's up that the local Mob Boss was on his way. And why is Sidwell answering his own door? Both he and the Qs have invisible - if not incompetent - domestic staffs. Sasha's the only one we ever see, probably because the rest of them were never supermodels. *** They're writing Ezra as a one-dimensional caricature of a sleazy, probably crooked politician, instead of as a realistic character who might actually pose a threat to Laura's re-election. So far, their interactions have been disappointingly juvenile, and immature. When he scolded Laura for socializing with Sonny, I was surprised she didn't respond by telling him... Mayor Laura: "You're NOT the Boss of ME!" ... then Sonny could've pinched his nose until he cried, and ran away. At least THAT would've been FUN! *** What could Emma have done in California that's SO terrible, she's not even allowed to talk about it to ANYONE??!! As soon as the Writers figure that out, I'm sure they'll let us know... eventually. *** The only person that Judge should've thrown in jail was Tracy, for contempt of court. Emma's lawyer never got a word in because Tracy wouldn't shut UP! *** At least now, we finally know the HAWT ADA's name is "Justine Turner" as in "Truth, Justine, and the American Way!" It's still not as cool as her other, REAL names; Nazneen Contractor AKA Mrs Carlo (Sidwell) Rota. You'd think with Robert on sabbatical, ADA Turner would be too busy to go fishing for more information about Emma's sealed records, or trying to dig up some dirt to use against Anna, but I guess she's not THAT busy. I just hope Justine doesn't have a personal grudge against the Police Commissioner, and is only investigating her because of Anna's VERY questionable actions involving Sonny, Jason, and Valentin over the last year, or so. There's no doubt that Anna's abused her authority on a regular basis ever since she was re-appointed as PC, and if she hasn't technically broken the Law on more than one occasion, she's definitely bent the hell out of it a few times! The alluring ADA is right to look into it, and she's very smart to do it while Robert's not around to run interference for his ex. *** Lucas: "Marco?" Marco: "Polo!" So the man from Miami is Sidwell's mouthpiece, eh? Obviously, the "JS" in J&S Associates stands for Jens Sidwell. What a coincidence that he would show up in Port Charles. Oh, WAITAMINNIT! I just remembered that I don't BELIEVE in coincidences! Even so, while I'm sure this guy is up to no good professionally, I find it hard to believe that Marco could've somehow "arranged" for Lucas to find his credit card on the ground at the the bar in Miami, and simply hoped that he would return it, so they could "meet cute." I just hope Lucas can avoid throwing up on him again!

A BIG congratulations to General Hospital on the 62nd anniversary of its debut on ABC! It's an astounding accomplishment. The episode itself was pleasantly nostalgic, and having Genie (Laura) Francis front and center as Mayor, one of the longest tenured cast members, and perhaps the show's Biggest... Star... EVER! was an appropriate choice. She was absolutely wonderful in all of her scenes. Seeing Edward, Lila, and Alan's pictures just drove home just how ghoulish the recently concluded subplot about potentially demolishing their family crypt actually was! It was also totally unrealistic, but even so, the very idea of tearing down the Q mausoleum while they were still in it was absolutely revolting. I'm glad that's over! I could've gone without all the Sonny propping, but overall, I thought the show was well done. I couldn't help noticing that GH opened up a brand new cardiac center just in time to make Sonny one of its first major patients! Since Monica was a highly respected cardiac surgeon, and was once GH's Chief of Cardiology, it was fitting to name the new wing in her honor, although I'm sure she would have mixed feelings about using it to save Sonny's life. Sometimes, we just have to take the good with the bad. Does anyone ese think that Monica's latest "health setback" is setting the stage for her character's inevitable demise? Now would be as good of a time as any. *** Loosey is SO much more tolerable when she's not trying to act like some kind of sex kitten. That stuff just doesn't work for someone in their mid-60s, I don't care HOW well preserved she is! I don't like the idea of Loosey allowing Sidwell to overwrite the entire NB if it means shutting out other, more traditional donors who have contributed generously to the Ball over the years. Clearly, he has sharing issues. Some of Sid's dirty money can pay for some of the Ball's production costs, but the rest could be a donation for the cause.

FINALLY! I'm glad the ridiculous Crypt Standoff is over, and that it was settled using Gio and Emma's plan, after all. I'm even happier that for some reason, Monica's "Cease-and-Desist" order also forces Drool to quit using the Q name, and go back to being a "Cain," which suits his family-betraying ass MUCH better! *** I was impressed by NuEmma's frank discussion with her Grandmother. That might've been her best scene since she's been on the show. I thought this exchange was kinda funny... Anna: "I don't even recognize you anymore!" Emma: "That's because I'm not a little girl anymore. I'm a different person. I'm a COLLEGE STUDENT!" *** Sonny and Jason were at their Cartoon Gangster best - or is it worst? - on Monday. Oops! They accidentally killed their only lead to whoever's gunning for Sonny! Oh, well! I guess now they'll just have to use Sonny for bait! Sonny's not fooling ME! The REAL reason why he'll use any excuse he can come up with to avoid having his heart surgery is because he's SCARED he won't survive the operation, or worse, that he won't be the same man afterwards, even if he DOES pull through. He might even be forced to retire, and let his naturally grey hair grow out! Sonny: "I'd rather DIE first... with an 'I'!"

Ever since Josslyn decided to change her major to pre-med, I've been suggesting that a more logical - and decidedly quicker - career path would've been for her to become a paramedic, especially considering her experience as a lifeguard, and her penchant for sewing up wounded boyfriends. The idea of Joss taking a crash course to become a spy came out of nowhere, and leading a secret life doesn't suit Josslyn's character at all! Being a First Responder would fit her PERFECTLY! Just think how much more dramatic Monday's episode could've been if Josslyn had been one of the paramedics on the scene of the car accident. The Writers could've made it a much more difficult rescue for Joss, and they could've played up the severity of Ric and Elizabeth's injuries. Liz might've even been conscious long enough to talk to Joss, telling her what happened, or giving her a message for Lucky. She might've even recognized Krissy as one of the bystanders. As it was, the only drama in that scene was provided by Lucky, and Kristina, who seems to be going in and out of a Dissociative Fugue State, where she doesn't know who she is, what she's doing, or what's going on. She looks like she's on the verge of a nervous breakdown! What's Lucky going to do about this? When the cops realize this was no accident, it's not going to be too hard to trace things back to Kristina. If Lucky doesn't come forward, he'll be an accessory after the fact, and considered just as guilty as Krissy is. Since Liz was almost killed, I think Lucky will do the right thing by coming forward, and hoping to get Kristina the help that she so desperately needs.
