You’ll probably be sent to a mental healthcare facility until the healthcare professionals there – including a psychiatrist, psychologist or other qualified professional – determine that you’re not a serious threat to public safety. But will that happen to Sharon - NO.

Now for the LLC nonsense. Can just the CEO decide that a company will now be an LLC? I don't think so. Only Ridge and Stephie had to sign but there are other owners on the company, including Eric and Thomas. Why weren't their signatures also required? We also need to know what kind of LLC this is. Is it a single member LLC or multi Member. If Ridge and Stephie are also members, Carter does not have absolute control even as a manger.
As I predicted, Sharon did not kill Heather and while she should go to prison for breaking and entering, concealment of a crime, tampering with evidence, lying to the police and framing someone else, she won't. Also, Nick will not tell Chance, he'll just believe Sharon is delusional and even if he did tell Chance the dummy, he wouldn't believe anything bad about his Sharon anyway.
Chance is the dumbest character to ever appear on this show but is Sharon the most evil. Yes, I think so. She is a despicable excuse for a human being.
I thought I was the only one that remembered that Brooke was made co-ceo. But recently, I've noticed that she is now refered to as being only on the Executive "team". I think the writers either forgot the plot or are changing it retroactively.
What was mindblowing was that Chance the Dummy never even asked Cra Cra Sharon what time it was that she visited Heather. Nor did he interview any of Daniels numerous alibis as to his whereabouts at the time of the murder. On top of that, just as stupid Cricket doesn't bring any of this up in Daniels defense and can think of nothing to clear him than by putting up Sharon as another possibility. I'm also begining to think that Daniel is a stupid as a bag of bricks. When Christine asked him if Heather had any enemies, he actually said he couldn't think of any!!!!!
