They very tall, underground cylinder they live is a "Silo" -- not a *vault*. Hence the name of the show. FFS. The Vault is a special room in the silos.
Helly's office attire was definitely something a young person from old money would wear. Classy, high quality, tailored, but not ostentatious. She looked and acted like a rich girl. Nice touch from the writers.
