Sheila is taking ahold of huge risk by having Luna at the apartment and the restaurant. Only a matter of time before Deacon walks in unexpectedly and catches them together. I hope he gives her the boot.
I think that both brothers are alive, because, after all, this is a soap. Traci did fall in love with the real Alan, but sometime along the way, Martin came back, kidnapped his brother, and started living his life, while also holding Sharon and Phyllis captive. For all anyone knows, Alan could be being held in that same building. Did anyone think to check the ENTIRE building once they got Sharon and Phyllis out?
It was very smart of Traci to be prepared to pocket-dial Jack when "Alan's" behavior got aggressive. That might well be what saves her life.
Despite the trans storyline, it's surprising that ten years later, this show has not had any LBGTQ+ characters. Days of Our Lives and General Hospital have done a lot better in this regard. GH even has a trans character, Dr. Terry Randolph, played by transgender actress Cassandra James, even though she's not often seen. And Lucas on GH is getting a new love interest in Marco. Y&R has married couple Mariah and Tessa, but lately, they're not on much, either. Beyond The Gates has a gay interracial married couple in Martin and Smitty, and they even have adopted kids! But B&B - nothing since the Maya story ended. The fashion biz in L.A., and there are no gay people - I find that hard to believe. B&B really needs to do better when it comes ro representation.
I remember how Natalia had a fit when she found out that Blaze was gay. Is she aware that her son is gay, too? But maybe Marco doesn't care, being that he is openly hanging around with Lucas, who is openly gay. He strikes me as being the kind of guy who doesn't care what his parents think of his personal life.
Dollah Bill is an idiot. He's alienating his whole family. There is no way that Liam is going to allow Kelly and Beth to see their paternal grandfather again. Steffy will definitely agree when it comes to Kelly. Will wants nothing to do with Luna, and he's not happy with his father for helping her. Will is about to become Luna's next victim. Wyatt is off to who knows where. he can forget about Katie ever taking him back. Probably not even Brooke wants him back now.
Bill will regret choosing the Luna-tic over his family.
Do we really need to see another war between Kristina and Molly? It's bad enough that this accident was 100% Kristina's fault. Molly doesn't know that her sister cut the brakes, thinking it was Ava's car - YET. Even if Ric lives, all hell will break loose when Molly does find out what happened.
But if Ric dies, Molly will not yet know what her sister did, and she might allow Ric's heart to be given to Sonny. She will do it because it's for her sister. But it will be even more of a war when Molly finds out the whole story, and will be justifiably angry that her father is dead while Kristina still has hers, and it is all Kristina's fault.
The war over Baby Irene was bad enough, and I was glad to see Molly trying to move past it; she accepted that Irene's death was an accident and forgave Kristina. But because Kristina still can't let fo, and she just HAD to get revenge on Ava, Molly may well lose her dad.
Please, NO. If Sonny truly loved his family, he'd have gotten the surgery, leaving Jason in charge of looking out for things while he was in rhe hospital and recovering.
It's very clear to me what Luna wants - a Spencer baby. She is obsessed with the Spencers as her grandmother Sheila was obsessed with the Forresters. She will probably drug him and make him think that it's Electra he's doing the deed with.
Dollah Bill is going to regret the day he decided to let this Luna-tic on the loose.
How long is Rick Hearst's contract for? I don't know how long he was supposed to stick around for, so maybe his time is near and they're planning to kill Ric off. Or maybe they will ship him off to a clinic like they did with Michael, which leaves the door open for a return.
I don't see them writing off Liz, though. After killing off Sam, I would hope that they'd not kill off another long-term character. Also, I remember when the show tried to fire Becky Herbst, there was so much fan outrage that they reversed that decision and Liz stayed.
Molly will never forgive Kristina for this. She's accepted that Irene's death was an accident, and the sisters did bond over losing Sam. But this was no accident, Kristina should not have been cutting the brakes on ANYONE's car. That woman is totally unhinged and needs help. Ric is a jerk a lot of the time, but he's Molly's dad, and she loves him.
Looking forward to some good shows this week!
I think you're right, and this secret involves someone dying. A possible scenario: Martin, who was not yet a Congressman, was having an affair with an older man, a powerful politician - who was married to a woman. The two went out of town for a secret rendezvous. Martin wants the man to leave his wife for him. There is drinking, and arguing, they end up in the car (either one could have been behind the wheel), and there's an accident. The other man is killed. Martin calls his grandparents for help.
This likely would have happened when Bill and Dani were still together and Bill was not yet screwing around with Hayley. He's a lawyer, and his in-laws trusted him to help them get Martin out of this mess. There was always suspicion that the older politician was cheating on his wife, and was with the affair partner on the night he died. But nobody was able to find any solid evidence of that person's identity.
Of course, now Bill is using this secret to get the Duprees to do his bidding; he made them go to that wedding, what will be next? They're lucky he hasn't threatened to spill it over what Dani's been doing.
I don't think that Tyrell being bullied and beaten up at school has anything to do with his father's secret. I think he's being bullied for having gay dads, nothing else. Martin and Smitty were not buying the story about his falling off his bike, and they were right, as Tyrell confessed to his sister Samantha. Anyway, Martin and Smitty are agreeing to spend more time at home with the kids, so this might derail Smitty's plans to go back to work.
But what's to stop him from observing Martin's behavior and using his reporter skills to do some digging on his own?
In any case, if Vernon and Anita are opposed to Martin running for President, there is a very good reason why, and it's whatever this secret is.
I feel sad, knowing how this John story is going to turn out. Looking forward to seeing Paul and Andrew next week, but sad about the circumstances.
I don't think EJ will die, unless they've been keeping the departure of the actor under wraps. But looks like we're in for a "who shot EJ?" story. Half of Salem has a motive. We saw Johnny eyeballing that big knife at Paulina & Abe's place, but he could decide to use a gun instead. Today, Kate told Phillip that if EJ messed with any of her sons, she would kill him. Chanel is mad at EJ not only for raping Johnny's mother, but for ruining here chances of adopting Tate and Sophia's baby. Rafe, Gabi, Jada, over the Arnold business. Also Kristen and Rachel Sr.
I hope it will be a good story.
