Now that Greg Vaughan's time at Days of our Lives is coming to an end, General Hospital fans are hoping he may return as Luke and Laura's son, Lucky Spencer. But would the actor be open to another spin in Port Charles? His answer may surprise you!
Greg Vaughan has managed to win the hearts of Days of our Lives fans with his portrayal of Eric Brady, but there are thousands -- if not millions -- of daytime viewers that adored him as General Hospital's Lucky Spencer and would give their right arm (and left) to have him back in Port Charles. But is he willing to give the ABC soap another go once he's done airing in Salem?
The Texas native, who played Luke and Laura's son from 2003 to 2009 (after popular portrayers Jonathan Jackson and Jacob Young [Rick Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-JR Chandler, All My Children]), told a caller on After Buzz TV that he'd be open to taking a stroll down memory lane -- if all the pieces lined up.
"Of course [I'd consider a return], if the opportunity was there, and if it's right," he revealed. "I think daytime television is just a wonderful platform, and I have had some amazing opportunities."

However, there is a catch: "I'm not saying I wouldn't be open arms [when it comes to a GH return], it's just a matter of I do have another opportunity first and foremost, and if it comes to fruition, then I won't be going anywhere else in the daytime world.... I've got a lot of irons in the fire [but] they know were to find me if needed!"
Vaughan also played Diego on The Young the and the Restless.
