Long-time General Hospital favorite Nancy Lee Grahn has signed a new contract with the ABC soap. Grahn first appeared as legal eagle Alexis Davis in 1996.
Emmy winner Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) won't be leaving Port Charles anytime soon. The actress informed fans via Twitter that she's extended her stay on ABC's General Hospital.
"Happy to report that @GeneralHospital and I renewed our wedding vows today," Grahn shared. "The bride is very happy."
Grahn last walked down the proverbial aisle in July 2010 when she signed a four-year contract with GH. There's no word on the terms of her latest contract.

And while it may be premature to talk about any sort of vows, Grahn's new contract is good news for fans of "Julexis," the smooshed name given to Alexis and her on-screen paramour, Julian Jerome.
Grahn joined General Hospital in 1996. In 2012, Grahn was named Outstanding Supporting Actress at the Daytime Emmys. It was her second win in the category; Grahn won previously in 1989 for her role as Julia Wainwright on Santa Barbara. Grahn has five other Emmy noms -- two for Supporting Actress and three consecutive Lead Actress nods from 2003 to 2005.
