Brandon Barash will be making some General Hospital appearances in the not-too-distant future. ABC has confirmed that Barash, who was last seen on-screen in May 2013, is rejoining the show.
Brandon Barash (Johnny Zacharra) is returning to General Hospital for a short-term story.
It's been nearly two years since Barash opted to leave the ABC soap and his character was shipped off to Pentonville after he was found to be responsible for responsible the deaths of Cole and Hope Thornhart. With a number of Port Charles residents seemingly on the way to jail, expect Johnny to cross paths behind bars with some familiar faces.
Barash, who is the real-life husband of Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones), joined General Hospital in September 2007. His most recent appearance was in May 2013.
A GH rep confirmed Barash's return to the show but would give no additional details.
