Drew Cheetwood returning as GH's Milo

Drew Cheetwood returning as GH's Milo

General Hospital is bringing back Drew Cheetwood in the role of Milo Giambetti just in time for this year's Nurses Ball.

It wouldn't be a proper General Hospital Nurses Ball without a few blasts from the past, and the first familiar face to be dropping back into Port Charles is Drew Cheetwood in the role of Milo Giambetti.

While details of the actor's upcoming stint are being kept under wraps, Cheetwood teased fans with a couple of Twitter comments alluding to his return. "You guys have been clamoring for Milo? Good news," he wrote, followed by, "Epiphany's phone calls have been paying off [winky face]"

Fans of the 53-year-old soap immediately understood the actor's subtle message, as the character's girlfriend, Epiphany (ddy), has been making phone calls to her beau and has also mentioned him in conversations with Sonny (Maurice Benard). The phone calls may have gotten Milo back on canvas, but will they lead to another Nurses Ball strip tease by the popular character? Fans can certainly hope!

Cheetwood joined GH in 2003 and decided to leave his role as Milo in 2015 to spend more time with his family.
