DAYS' alum Blake Berris lands film role opposite Lucy Fry and Josh Hartnett

Days of our Lives' Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon) has landed a role in the new Alexandra McGuinness film, Highway.

Days of our Lives alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon) is headed to the big screen. The actor, who also temporarily played the part of General Hospital's Damian Spinelli earlier this year, has been cast in the new Alexandra McGuinness film, Highway.

Also starring Lucy Fry and Eiza Gonzlez, the thriller follows a small-town diner waitress named Heidi who embarks on a frantic search to find Jane, her best friend and rodeo queen that goes missing after meeting a mysterious man (Josh Hartnett). Frantically scouring the desert for her friend, Heidi finds more than she bargained for along the way when she begins to dig up secrets and is thrust into the violence of life on the road.

"Very proud to be a part of this cast," Berris shared on Twitter of his new role.

According to Deadline, the outlet that broke the news about Berris' casting, production is already under way.
