It's been a somber week for soap fans. On September 16, the daytime community lost General Hospital star John Ingle. Ingle, best known as General Hospital's Edward Quartermaine and for a two-year stint as Mickey Horton on Days of our Lives, had been battling cancer. He was 84.

September also brings about the anniversary of the final episodes of All My Children, As the World Turns, and Guiding Light. The three soaps combined for more than 160 years of television history, and we're honoring that history by allowing fans to talk about what made those three shows so special.

Plus, Days of our Lives' Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) makes a surprise appearance to talk about his role in Scandal Crest, a live, improvisational soap. Eric previews what fans can expect, and how they can watch it!
