Devon gets through to Lily

Devon (Bryton James) has tried several times to suggest to Lily (Christel Khalil) that Victor (Eric Braeden) can’t be trusted. She gets upset at her brother whenever he tries to warn her, as Lily thinks she can fend for herself.

When Devon presses Lily again about whether or not Victor has put his commitment in writing, Lily gets defensive. But this time is different as Devon paints a possible scenario that Lily didn’t think of.

Devon warns Lily that Victor is using her and will toss her aside when he is done. Lily thinks that Victor’s fondness for their father is enough to hold Victor’s loyalty, but Devon shakes her confidence. Devon suggests reasons that Victor could give Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) the CEO position at Chancellor.

On Friday, Lily requires proof that the Newmans aren’t playing her and confronts Victor and Nikki. Will either of them tell her the truth?

Claire and Jack compare notes

Jack (Peter Bergman) needs Claire (Hayley Erin) to understand what is really happening with Victor and Kyle (Michael Mealor), but that requires Claire to know some harsh truths about her grandfather.

After returning from Sharon’s, Chance has more questions for Daniel — and makes implications that offend Daniel.
