Damian angrily denied Lily’s accusations that he had information about the Winters family long before Nate had reached out to him. Damian claimed that Lily’s source was lying. Amy demanded answers when she overheard Nate and Damian arguing. Holden was offended when Damian asked if Holden had fed the lies to Lily. Nate guessed that Victor was Lily’s source but that someone had passed along misinformation to Victor. Lily and Billy compared notes about Aristotle Dumas. Victor theorized to Lily that Dumas was interested in taking over her family company. Victor later speculated to Michael that Tucker might be posing as Dumas. Damian refused Lily’s request that he reveal Dumas’ plans to win her trust. Nate opted to take Damian’s word over Victor’s. Kyle and Claire’s relationship continued to deepen, but neither was ready to declare it was love. Kyle worried that Victor would force Claire to choose between Kyle and being a Newman. Victoria promised to help keep Victor from interfering in Kyle and Claire’s romance. Sally expressed sincere happiness for Adam when he told her he’d reunited with Chelsea, while Billy voiced his disapproval to Chelsea. Chelsea was irritated that Billy couldn’t accept that Adam had changed. Sally feared that Billy would never be able to let go of his anger toward Adam and Victor. Jack officially funded Abbott Communications. Chloe advised Sally to get Phyllis out of Billy’s life, but Sally was determined not to return to her past manipulative ways. Phyllis turned to Sally for help discouraging Billy from doing business with Dumas. Lauren opened up to Nikki about her worries that Michael working for Victor would lead to trouble. Lauren begged Michael to walk away if Victor ordered him to cross a line. Victor was incensed when Michael informed him one of their plants at Jabot wanted more hush money. Victor invited Audra to discuss her future job prospects over drinks. Kyle relayed his concern to Jack that Victor had placed moles at Jabot after an employee asked some questions suspiciously similar to those Kyle had fished for answers for when he’d been Victor’s spy. Jack considered paying the employee to turn on Victor. Diane sensed something was bothering Jack and Traci. Jack pledged not to break Traci’s confidence. Traci broke down in Jack’s arms after Alan called to say he missed and loved her.
