According to fans of The Young and the Restless, Nate's family gets involved way too much in Nate's business. Should Lily and Devon stay out of it and let Nate handle it?
Ever since Damian was revealed to be another person entirely and the man who we all thought was Damian was announced to actually be Holden, Nate’s family has been trying to get involved and figure out what is going on. It could be said they are being protective of their cousin, but some fans say they should have respected Nate’s wishes and left it up to him.
Fans of The Young and the Restless have been active on the Soap Central message boards and are making their opinions known.
The Young and the Restless: Didn't Nate make it clear he wanted Lily and Devon to bow out with respect to Damian?
User Loyalyr wrote, “That didn't last long. Damian was grilled like a cheese sandwich by Devon. I know Devon has Nate's best interests at heart but let Nate handle this on his own. Lily and Devon just can't leave this alone. I was surprised when Devon asked about the ownership of the Monte Cristo businesses. Damian handled it well but his reaction could have been different. Nate wants to make sure Damian doesn't become angry and leave.”

I do understand why they did because they are looking out for their cousin but they need to respect his wishes and they didn't...well Devon didn't this time! Who is the mystery man Aristotle Dumas, the owner of these companies that Damian oversees and manages? No one seems to really know what Damian and Holden are doing in L.A., other than they must return for some urgent problem.
