There's no doubt summer in The Young and the Restless' Genoa City will be hot, and it's about to get hotter: NCIS alum Sofia Pernas is coming to the canvas.
Soap Opera Digest reports the CBS soap has hired the Moroccan-born actress for the role of Marisa, a mysterious beauty who will arrive in town on Monday, June 1.
Only time will tell what brings Marisa to town, but she's rumored to be interacting with several key characters on the soap.
