One of The Young and the Restless' most talked-about but yet-to-be-seen characters will soon be headed to town. A daytime newcomer has been hired to play Stitch's wife.
The Young and the Restless has cast the role of Stitch's ex-wife, Jenna. Newcomer Stephanie Lemelin has been tapped for the role.
On Twitter, Lemelin revealed that she surprised her mother with the news of her Y&R casting, "Now u know what I gave my mom 4 Mamas Day #bigfan."
This will mark the first daytime role for the actress, who has done substantial work in primetime and film. Lemelin also has a sizeable portfolio of voiceover work.
Word of Lemelin's hiring was first reported by Soaps In Depth.

Lemelin will report to work for the first time on May 13. She'll make her first on-air appearance a month later on June 13.
