Sharon (Sharon Case) is worried about that people will find out what she did. She envisions Nick (Joshua Morrow) being at her place and tending a fire, telling her how everything will be okay. Sharon wants to tell Nick the truth so that he can help her.

Cameron (Linden Ashby) snaps Sharon back to "reality" and tells her she has come too far to stop now. He warns her that she has to follow through with a cold-blooded heart but Sharon says nothing about this is who she is.

Will Sharon break down to Nick? Or will she follow Cameron's advice and keep lying?

Phyllis investigates Sharon

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is determined to prove that Daniel (Michael Graziadei) is innocent. Her main questions revolve around Sharon. Why did Sharon come to the Romalotti’s apartment, and why did she tell Chance (Conner Floyd) that Heather (Vail Bloom)confided in her about her relationship with Daniel?

Phyllis finds it especially concerning that Sharon waited to share that information and only told the police.

On Wednesday, Nick frustrates Phyllis. For weeks, Nick had shared how concerned he, Faith (Reylynn Caster), and Mariah (Cameron Grimes) were about Sharon’s mental health. Now, he seems to forget the details.

Phyllis is not convinced that Sharon is suddenly stable. It is upsetting to Phyllis that Nick is downplaying how derailed Sharon was recently and feels he is dismissing Sharon's aggressions towards Phyllis’ family.

After talking to Phyllis, will Nick question Sharon’s behavior?

Danny (Michael Damian) calls Daniel to find out directly from his son what is happening with the investigation. On the video call with his dad, Daniel says that Chance and the police have found incriminating evidence in the apartment.

Danny asks Daniel, “What exactly is this evidence the police have against you?” Daniel replies, “Let’s just say it’s solid enough that I’m expecting a knock on my door at any moment.”

Danny has an idea of how to help his son. Will Christine come to help defend Daniel?

Daniel appeals to Sharon's senses

Meanwhile, Daniel takes matters into his own hands. Sharon claimed that she found Heather upset about a fight with Daniel on the night that she died.

Sharon's story matched the unsent message to Paul (Doug Davidson) that Chance found on Heather’s phone, which alluded to Daniel and Heather having a volatile relationship.

Daniel knows his relationship with Heather was not as Sharon described, and he knows someone is framing him. Can Daniel convince Sharon to tell the truth? Will she be able to give a reasonable motivation for telling Chance what she did?
