The Young and the Restless teasers for Wednesday, October 16: Chance deals with new clues

Here are your spoilers for The Young and the Restless episode on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, when revenge plans escalate for (and against) several Genoa City residents.

Vengeful plans on The Young and the Restless

Victor's (Eric Braeden) plans against Billy (Jason Thompson) are in full force, and he shows no signs of backing down. Victor is disgusted that Katherine Chancellor's (Jeanne Cooper) legacy is in the hands of someone who he deems irresponsible.

Determined to take Abbott-Chancellor away from Billy, Victor attacks from several angles. Victor had plans with Lily (Christel Khalil), but she realized he and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) were using her.

When preparing for the takeover, Victor replaced Nikki as CEO of Newman Media with his son, Adam (Mark Grossman). On Wednesday, Victor recruits Adam in his revenge plot against Billy.

Is it strictly business? Or does Victor realize Adam already had a hand in ripping out Billy's heart?

Daniel takes a chance

Despite his better judgment, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) agrees to let Chance (Conner Floyd) search his apartment for clues into Heather's (Vail Bloom) death. Phyllis thought Daniel made a huge mistake by not letting Chance do his job, but will Daniel forever regret changing his mind?

Daniel and Chance were both shocked when Chance discovered Heather's phone and some bloody towels in the liquor cabinet.

Chance is a brilliant detective, and he suspects that Heather's death was no accident. Even though Daniel asked Chance to search the place, would Chance think that Daniel hid evidence of a possible murder in his own apartment? Or will he realize that someone else planted it there?

Glissade vs. Abbott

Audra (Zuleyka Silver) was stunned when Kyle (Michael Mealor) set her up to be fired from Glissade. But that was nothing compared to Jack's (Peter Berman) and Diane's (Susan Walter) shock when they discovered that Kyle had stolen from Jabot.

Realizing how low their son will go to sink his family's company for the sake of his ego, Jack needs a strategy.

Jack and Diane have assumed for a while that Victor is the secret Glissade investor. Audra confirms to Jack that Victor and Kyle are running the company.

In Wednesday's episode, Jack gets the information he needs to see just how dark the battle is. Now that he's better informed about Victor's involvement, Jack conspires with Audra.
