What to expect on The Young and the Restless

At Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon’s (Bryton James) wedding last week, Victor (Eric Braeden) surprised Diane (Susan Walters) by giving her control of Glissade. However, the gift did not come without its price: Victor instructed Diane to fire her son, Kyle (Michael Mealor), as the CEO, and then the position would be hers.

It was later revealed that this was all part of a master plan cooked up by Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane to lure Kyle out from under Victor’s clutches and put their family back together.

When Diane first told Kyle, he defended Victor, and thought there was no way he would betray Kyle in that way. However, after confirmation from Victor, Kyle was numb.

It was an odd twist that even Diane was shocked by. Victor doesn’t make things that easy, nor does he soon forget. Requiring Diane to fire her son was just the first step. Victor, of course, wants more.

On Tuesday, Diane meets with Victor to finalize their deal with Glissade. But is it everything she hoped for? Victor doesn't do anything easy — or generous — when it involves Jack. Just what has Diane gotten herself into?

Bad intentions

Viewers may have been shocked at the sight of Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) last week, but just wait until you see what they have cooking.

Ian and Jordan are targeting Sharon (Sharon Case), but is it their ultimate goal to destroy her, or is there a bigger game at play?

So far, everything they’ve plotted has worked out nicely — for them. On Tuesday, we find out more about their goals, and why they're working together.

Daniel wants answers

The longer Daniel (Michael Graziadei) sits at his mom’s bedside, the more time he has to think. Nothing is adding up, and what little information they have been given makes no sense.

Daniel knows that it immediately appeared that Phyllis was run off the road by someone. Chance (Conner Floyd) had come to the hospital long before Nick should have arrived, and Daniel knows that he’s not being given the right information.

Daniel has no idea that Sharon has given a detailed confession to Nick and Chance.

On Tuesday, Daniel is given some great news, but it doesn't answer all of his questions. Daniel knows just the place to go and who to see for information.
