What to expect on The Young and the Restless

This week on The Young and the Restless, Victor (Eric Braeden) has promised Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Faith (Reylynn Caster), and Nick (Joshua Morrow) that he will do whatever it takes to protect his family from Ian Ward (Ray Wise). He has his security following Ian and watching his every move. However, what no one knows is what Ian really wants.

Ian claims that he came to Genoa City to atone for his sins and make amends with the Newmans. For good measure, he told Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that it was Divine Intervention that sent him so he would be at the right place and time to be able to save Tessa’s life.

On Thursday, Victor tasks Michael (Christian LeBlanc) with gathering intel about Ian Ward. Can Michael find out that Ian is working with Jordan (Colleen Zenk), and will he be able to prevent anyone else from being hurt by the villainous duo?

Meanwhile, now that Sharon’s (Sharon Case) car has been found but no body has been recovered from the river, Nick knows that Sharon is out there somewhere and needs to be found. On Thursday, Nick takes matters into his own hands to find Sharon. But will he be able to save her, or will his own life be at risk.?

As for Sharon, she finds herself somewhere familiar. Terrified, she screams for help, but doesn't get the companion she was hoping for.

A mysterious reunion

Nate (Sean Dominic) met Damian (Nathan Owens), but it didn’t go quite as he had planned. Damian pointed out his job history and wondered why a company like Winters would be interested in hiring someone who jumped from job to job every few months. Nate has his theory about what Damian has been doing. He knows that all of the companies Damian has worked for have been under the umbrella of a parent company called Monte Cristo Investments and that all of the apartments belong to Danglars Property Management.

Will Nate get answers from Damian about the mysterious life he is living? On Thursday's episode of The Young and the Restless, Nate shares surprising news with Amy after his meeting with Damian.
