What to expect on The Young and the Restless
Nick (Joshua Morrow) called in a favor with his friend, Chance (Conner Floyd),, and asked him to run a vial of pills through the lab. Nick wanted to see if the pills were a bad batch, and if so, did they do something to Sharon (Sharon Case)? Something that would make her confess to a killing that he doesn’t believe that she did?

There’s a mixed bag of truths, gut feelings, and hope going on here, and they’re all compacted into the form of a pill. A lot is riding on the lab results, but given to the wrong person, they could hurt Sharon’s case, not help it.
Michael (Christian LeBlanc) seems semi-confident that the results will be shared with him. The lab results are in, but the road to clarity is still littered with questions.
If someone has tampered with Sharon’s meds, was it intentional — and if so, who did it, and why? Nothing changes the fact that Heather was killed, but if someone sabotaged Sharon, were they involved with Heather’s murder? Somehow, getting answers might just make for more questions.
On Monday, Nick and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) share disturbing news with Sharon.
More disguises
Jordan (Colleen Zenk) put on a disguise and ventured out into the streets of Genoa City, trying to get some intel to bring back to Ian. He is desperate to know whether Sharon’s family is suffering because of her confession.
There’s been some debate between Jordan and Ian on who’s leading their covert operation and whether either of them will pay for being too alpha. But Jordan is not delivering what Ian wants, and he’s getting mighty frustrated.
On Monday, Jordan and Ian change it up. She takes control, and Ian gets ready to hit the streets. But are the people of Genoa City ready for Ian? Donned in a hat and sunglasses, he’s about to make an appearance.
No news is good news
Despite what Summer (Allison Lanier) tells her, Claire (Hayley Erin) can see that Summer is struggling with Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire being a couple.
It’s a little much for Summer to see her son, Harrison (Redding Munsell), so endeared to Claire, and now her ex-hubs Kyle is, too. Is there anything that Claire can do that isn’t so perfect all the time?
When Claire told Summer she was about to tell Kyle that she was quitting as their nanny to go work for Chancellor, Summer beat her to it and blurted it out as soon as Kyle walked into Crimson Lights.
Now, Claire has requested to be the one to tell Harrison the news. Will Summer let her? Or will she steal that from her as well?
On Monday, Kyle keeps the peace between Summer and Claire — but is he part of the problem?
