Here are our The Young and the Restless spoilers and teasers for Monday, March 24.
What to expect on The Young and the Restless
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is a keen strategist. He may not take action right away, but his wheels are always turning. He never fails to size up a situation and then, when he knows the moment is just right -- he'll make his move. That's what viewers can expect to see as Victor steps up and starts making things happen.
Watch for Victor to set a trap behind enemy lines. Which enemy? There are so many from which he can choose! The Abbotts seem to always be in his crossfire. Whether Victor's fights take place on the battlefield or in the boardroom, the mustached mogul fillets his enemies with finesse. Whoever he's going up against deserves sympathy!
Billy's dilemma

Billy (Jason Thompson) is in a delicate place right now. While his girlfriend is Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), his business partner is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Those two women have not gotten along well in the past. Like Victor, Phyllis is relentless in going after her foes. But, right now, we're seeing a very different Phyllis. Her kidnapping and near-death experience with Sharon (Sharon Case) has left her a changed woman in more ways than one.
Phyllis desperately needs to move forward with Abbott Communications to keep her sanity. This is not lost on Billy. Watch for Billy to set the record straight with Sally. How will the red-headed beauty handle Billy working alongside the other red-headed beauty in his life? Sharon and Phyllis's dynamic is forever changed by their ordeal. We saw Sally's empathy for Phyllis last week, but does that mean these two will get along? After all, on some level, they have to share Billy.
A new chance for 'Phick'?

Billy's not the only one lending support to Phyllis. Last week, we saw Summer (Allison Lanier) tell Nick (Joshua Morrow)that Phyllis needs her. Nick was already planning on not going to London with Sharon to visit their son Noah (Rory Gibson). Now, he has even more of a reason to stay in Genoa City.
Phyllis and Nick have lots of history between them. He's a good guy and he may be just what the doctor ordered to help Phyllis get through her ordeal. Billy's helping by being a professional support system. Nick can be the man who steps up and gives Phyllis the emotional aid she needs right now.
