The Young and the Restless teasers for Thursday, December 5, 2024 when Adam involves himself with Sharon's case

What to expect on The Young and the Restless

Phyllis has been having a hard time. She couldn’t get anyone to believe her theory that Sharon had framed Daniel, but it turned out to be true. Then, she was run off the road and wound up in the hospital. When she awoke from her coma, she was stunned to find out that her closest friends were still doubting Sharon’s guilt — even though she had confessed while Phyllis was unconscious.

After she was released from the hospital, Phyllis put Sharon on blast. She is determined to see Sharon pay for her crimes and get justice for Heather, Daniel, and Lucy.

Only one person was willing to entertain Phyllis’s theory before the accident: Christine Williams. Phyllis’ archenemy was willing to consider Sharon’s guilt, but now that she is no longer representing Daniel in the case, she has no reason to get back involved.

At Society, Phyllis airs her grievances with Summer and Daniel. She’s less than enthused when Christine walks in. After Phyllis leaves, Christine joins Summer and Daniel.

On Thursday, Christine reluctantly helps Phyllis.

Nick is on high alert for Sharon

Before Thanksgiving, Nick warned Adam to stay away from Sharon. But Adam being Adam, considered that a challenge and went directly to her to offer his support.

Sharon said a polite thanks and didn’t take him up on it, but when has Adam ever taken no for an answer? With Nick even more adamant that Adam keeps his distance, Adam is more determined to be involved.

On Wednesday, Nick warns Adam to keep his distance from Sharon — again. Nick has a meeting with Michael at Newman Enterprises, and Adam interrupts. He demands information about Sharon’s case but is told to stay out of it. But you know how Adam is, and if he’s told it’s not his business, then he’ll make it his business.

Crimson Lights

Adam wants information to help Sharon and talks to Esther at Crimson Lights. Other than her opinion, can she offer any information? She was there the day Sharon flew into a rage about tea and then had a calm conversation with Daniel. Esther couldn’t reconcile Sharon’s mood swings and how she went from making peace with Daniel to killing Heather later that evening.

Will Adam be able to find out something that will help Sharon? Or will he be distracted by running into Billy?

When Sally sees Billy and Adam together, she assumes they’ll once again bring out the worst in one another. On Thursday, Billy proves himself to Sally — but is that before or after Phyllis interrupts Billy’s conversation with Sally?
