What to expect on The Young and the Restless
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is stunned by what Jack tells her about Alan (Christopher Cousins). She can't imagine that she has been fooled this entire time and it was Martin who treated her and fell in love with Traci. If Martin has been tricking them all along, that means that their family is in grave danger. After all, he helped cause Ashley's dissociative identity disorder.
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley worry for Traci since she has insisted on handling the situation on her own. She is sure that she can get to the truth because she knows Alan so well — or is that Martin? If Alan really did die in Paris last year, then the man who just offered Traci a whirlwind romance is the bad guy, and her life is in danger.
Neither one of them realizes that 'Alan' is back in Genoa City and is now alone with Traci. She does her best to keep her cool, but can't stop questioning the man in front of her. He now knows that Traci is acting suspicious, but is he ready to hurt a woman he claims to love so much?
Chance gets a clue
Meanwhile, super cop Chance (Connor Floyd) is on the case, and he is determined to crack it. He has Nick (Joshua Morrow), Sharon (Sharon Case), and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) breathing down his neck. They deduced for themselves what was going on. Now, they want in on the action, but Chace can't allow these amateurs to get involved again. Not when the stakes are so high.

On Wednesday, Chance is set to make a shocking discovery that could change everything. Does he blow this case wide open and learn what really happened after that fight on a Paris balcony last year? Is Alan the brother who was killed? Perhaps neither one is dead, and they have been switching places frequently this whole time. Chance is going to get to the bottom of things one way or another, but will it be too late for Traci?
