What to expect on The Young and the Restless

Oh, sure, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Sharon (Sharon Case) have turned over a new leaf on Y&R. Phyllis also had a civil exchange with Diane (Susan Walters) not that long ago. But nobody said that Phyllis has undergone a total personality change. She and Sally (Courtney Hope) have had a long-running feud over Jack, Nick, and, more recently, Billy. But just the other day, we saw Phyllis try to enlist Sally as a supporter in keeping Billy safe from Aristotle Dumas and whatever the mystery man has planned.

Sally, of course, wants what's best for Billy, but has that meant she's siding with Phyllis? Not yet. Watch for Phyllis to push Sally's buttons on Tuesday's episode. Is she going to use a carrot or a stick to get her fellow redhead to do her bidding?

Let's hope that both women can find common ground if Billy's future is indeed at stake!

Decisions, Decisions

Kyle (Michael Mealor) has little to worry about in life. He made a nice power play at Jabot, exposing Victor's (Eric Braeden) mole and earning his father Jack's (Peter Bergman) praise in the process. He's got a loving relationship with Claire (Hayley Erin) going on, but his life isn't perfect.

Jack was concerned that Kyle had confided in Claire about what was going on with Jabot and Victor's mole at Jabot. Can Claire truly be trusted not to blab to her grandfather? Kyle's not the only Abbott who can't keep fully quiet about things. Diane (Susan Walters) hinted to Michael (Christian LeBlanc) that she knew something was going on with Victor and her family.

We've seen Kyle be affected by the presence of his ex, Audra (Zuelyka Silver). We also get the impression that Summer (Allison Lanier) hasn't given up on him either. On Tuesday, Kyle makes a tough decision, but is it related to work or is it personal?
